Your dream multi-level, free-flow Cape Cod house with white-washed wood floors and a distant view of the ocean from the top floor.
Enough space for two families or one large family to enjoy the summer together while still keeping their privacy. Relax and dine on one of the 3 decks or in the beautiful garden surrounded by trees and vines. You can choose a 20-minute walk 1.1 miles to Nauset Beach or, if you prefer, you can enjoy a quick bike or car ride to the miles of white sand beach. It’s a 5 minute walk to a town landing to enjoy kayaking or boating in Pleasant Bay. After a good day swimming, playing with the kids or reading on the beach, you can take a shower in the outdoor shower looking at the open sky.
Layout of the main floor: The main floor features the dining room/ kitchen and a large bright master bedroom with a king bed, a full bath as well as a corner study. Both dining room/kitchen and the large master bedroom open through large, double sliding doors to a deck. The dining room, with over-sized table seating 10, is open to the kitchen.
Layout of lower floor: The lower floor features two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom includes a queen size bed and the other room a bunk bed. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning units.
Layout of 2nd floor: The 2nd floor features a spacious living room with cozy places to read,watch TV or dream while looking at the trees outside the windows.
Layout of 3rd floor: The 3rd floor features a large bright room with skylights, 2 twin beds and a play area to watch TV or play. The room opens via a double sliding door to a deck with a breath-taking view of the ocean. The room has a ceiling fan and in addition they are 2 portable fans in the house.
More details: The garage contains beach chairs, games, bikes and golf clubs as well as a washer and dryer which you are welcome to use. Outside, there are umbrella-shaded garden tables as well as a gas grill. High speed wireless internet is available as well as cable TV.
