  WE stayed in this property for 3 weeks during Nov/Dec/2011 and returned this year for 4 weeks.Nov19 to Dec.17,2012. This suite was ideal for our family needs. The outlook to the southwest gives you a view of the sun setting;breathtaking. The availability of WI Fi,3 Televisions,fully serviced kitchen,new furniture and the essentials of home complete the package.The property is well managed and the staff most helpful. Summary: We had three generations of family during our stay,and everyone enjoyed the facility and the nearness of the beaches and other attractions.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Beautiful place. Loved being able to cook in suite & have breakfast every morning on the balcony. Very spacious & felt like home (only warmer & more tropical). Great pool & very close beach access.Quiet & relaxing, a true vacation spot & fabulous honeymoon memories!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Not only did our condo have the most comfortable living space, it had everything we needed to play tennis, lounge on the beach and play in the surf. The property is immaculate; the grounds are manicured with flowering shrubbery everywhere and the property staff is friendly and very helpful. We rented a car from Kihei Rent a Car, and the rates were less than the big rental companies and the car was decent. The best dinner we had was at the Wailea Hotel, a 5 course celebration for the taste buds with a wine list to match! This location is close to everything and the beach is by far the best of any we've found anywhere in the world. Snorkelling right in front of the condo we saw sea turtles and an abundance of colourful fish and coral. The horse back riding at Mendez Ranch was also a holiday favourite, where we started at sea level and ended up at 1300 feet, in lush tropical forest, then back down to the sea shore where we were able to gallop our horses. We loved the condo so much that we didn't stray far - preferring to lounge on the lanai sipping cocktails and playing scrabble before barbecuing near the pool and having dinner watching the sunset. I can highly recommend this location and this particular condo, as it is so well appointed, clean and comfortable that you'll want to make your next year's booking before you leave!   We come from eastern Canada and even though its a long way to travel its well worth it. Weather is always perfect. There is something for everyone. We have enjoyed this facility many times over the last 25 years or so with family & friends. The location is amazing, a beautiful view from the lanai including spectacular sunsets and whale watching. The condo is extremely well equipped with everything one could possibly need. Across the street from the beach and walking distance to many shops etc. We have looked at many other condos and have assessed this one as great value for your $. It is not air conditioned but there is always a lovely breeze and the a/c units in both bedrooms take good care of sleeping. They are continuing to update the unit. The people working at this development are very friendly and helpful with anything. We can't wait to go back!!

  We rented this unit for a family beach vacation, we have 2 children aged 8 & 10 and they loved the place as did we. The beach across the road (2 min walk at most) was the absolute perfect beach for familys, beautiful and safe surf most days, but still plenty big enough for body surfing etc. The complex has 2 great pools and tennis courts, The unit itself was pefect for our family, the downstairs bedroom was great for the kids and the upper master was great for us. You did not have to worry about too much there, it was simple and straight forward fun. Kihie is great but some places seem a bit too busy and crowded, this place was more relaxing. we spent a few afternoons just relaxing on the lanai. PS the internet connection was faster than my one at home so keeping up with things was easy, I liked that, it reduced my stress level. We will book this unit again.
