This fully equipped studio is at the place Leon Blum which is a main square in the 11th. This is where the voltaire metro stop on line 9 is . It is located at the 6th level (seventh American) of a XIX century 6 floors building on the back side with only courtyard and rooftop views and therefore offers full silence and light. The full renovation was completed in october 2012.
The studio consists of a main room with a double bed ( 140* 190 cm or 56 * 76 inches ), a bathroom with shower and toilets and a kitchen with a microwave with grill, fridge and 2 ring stove. There is a table to have a meal for 2 persons.
The studio whis is equipped with A/C is 14 square meters or around 140 square feet but offers full comfort.
The apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free WI-Fi, free cable TV.
The all-inclusive weekly rental fee covers quality linens and towels.
The location is very convenient to tour Paris. The metro station Voltaire on line 9 is on the square. This takes you directly to Republique ( 3 metro stops), the grands boulevards, the Opera, the champs elysees, the eiffel tower, and even Rolland Garros, the French Open stadium. From Republique which is a main metro hub with direct access to line 3, 5, 8,9 and 11 you can basically go anywhere in Paris directly with no metro change.
The access of the building is very secure with codes, fabs and buzzer.
There is a supermarket monoprix on the other side of the square a number of cafes and restaurants nearby. Place Leon Blum is only a five minutes walk to the Bastille square and is part of the trendy Bastille district.

We (a 20-years-old couple) stayed 7 days in this little flat and everything was very clean and brand new: linen was very clean, the bathroom was new and very clean too and the kitchen was very equipped. It also was very comfortable to have free phone, free wifi and free air conditioning. The position was perfect to arrive to anything necessary: supermarket (Simply), bakery, butcher shop, fromager, etc. You only need to cross the street to arrive in the metro station (Voltaire, M9) and in 10 minutes on feet from the house you can arrive in plaçe Bastille where there are many bars and clubs which is the heart of young 'movida'. When we arrived Olivier wasn't in Paris so we've been received by Fred who was very kind and friendly. I've passed 5 days in this studio and everything was wonderful: clean room, with good decor and well equipped. Small room but with everything that's important. In the outside we got a metro station, a macdonald's, restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy and a supermarket (with good products) in the same spot, in a minute we get there. From this place is also very easy to get to any Paris zone due to the proximity of the Voltaire metro station.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

I stayed in this apartment for 10 days and felt excellently looked after both by the managers and the owner and his wife (who are very friendly people - thank you so much for the yummy home made cake!). Everything had just been tastefully renovated; it is completely quiet, private, clean, and secure. Simple and quite small, but lots of nice touches and ingenious solutions for everything. Dozens of nice shops and eateries, a farmer's market, post-office, and several supermarkets are nearby. Access to public transport is easy. I really enjoyed my morning and evening strolls to work through an area which has a lovely, but low-key and somehow 'real' feel to it. Definitely to be recommended - can't wait to return!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I was the first guest at this at this lovely compact studio in the Voltaire area, I love the location close to the Bastille and Le Marais. The place is surrounded by great bakeries, wine shop, etc. It was easy and safe to walk everywhere from here, take the metro but especially that you could take bus # 69 all the way to Champs de Mars near the Eiffel Tower and get a cheap sightseeing tour with this bus ride. Make sure to check rue Cler and St Dominique before returning on the bus and coming back with some delicious cheese and bread to enjoy in your quiet studio with a glass of wine. The studio is fully equipped to prepare a meal especially after shopping at the street market near Bastille on Thursday and Sunday where fresh produce, fish, meat, cheese, etc is offered. This is my third time renting from Olivier and this new studio is a better alternative to a hotel room and you can have a taste of the Parisian way of life this way. A bientot et Merci !
