We have rented many vacation homes and condos in Florida and this house is far above average. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The pool was very clean and warm. The location is an easy trip to Disney and all of the other stuff. But Jay and Sue are by FAR the nicest owners we've ever dealt with. I would recommend this house to anyone!!!

Wow, what a great week!! We had all age groups in our party - from 7 to "70 something" year olds, and the house could not have been more perfect! The downstairs bedroom with attached bath was perfect for our older guest, and the upstairs bedrooms were so nice and spacious (nicer than my own at home)! The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was WONDERFUL!! Almost every morning we would get up to watch all the hot air balloons go by, and at night we would watch the Disney fireworks. Shopping, restaurants and parks are all very easy to get to, only a short drive. Jay and Susan are SO NICE and HELPFUL!! I would definitely recommend this house to anybody, and I am hoping to go back next year! Thank you Jay and Susan!!

This house was fabulous! It was very roomy and what we needed to "get away" from the parks for a restful night. Jay and Sue were very accomodating and helpful throughout the entire rental process. The listing was very accurate as well as the photos. VERY CLEAN!!!!!! I would hightly recommend this property to others.

First anniversary celebration August 2011

My husband and I rented Jay and Sue's stunning Orlando vacation home for an 11 day vacation with his family in August. The accomodations were superb, with plenty of room for all 10 of us (6 adults and 3 children ages 5-12). The handicapped access bedroom with adjoining bath on the first level was a godsend for my husband's parents. Both upstairs king masters have jacuzzi tubs in their ensuite baths, comfortable beds and warm contemporary decor. The children loved the pool, spa, and sizeable shaded lanai as much as the game room. Jay and Sue were a joy to work with. Responses to call and emails were prompt, pleasant and informative. They really treated us like family...complete with an anniversary card at the property when we arrived (we were celebrating our first anniversary). The property manager, Kevin, was wonderful to work with...very accomodating and professional. He checked on us numerous times during our stay. The property was clean and well maintained, but most importantly was warm and inviting, making it feel like home. It was a great place to come back to after long days at the parks. I have been renting villas in the Orlando area for many years, and this was the best experience that I have had thus far. My 12 year old son enjoyed the stay so much that he was hoping to rent the same house with his dad's family coming out in April 2012. Unfortunately it was already rented. We will definitely be back (the 12 year old is already working us to return next year)... I would highly recommend Jay and Sue's lovely home to anyone in the market for an Orlando vacation villa. The home is just close enough to the parks (about 15-20 minutes from Disney and about 20-25 minutes from Universal Orlando) to be convienent without putting one right in the middle of crowded Kissimie (with long waits for restaurant tables...and crazy drivers wondering around lost). I have stayed everywhere from villas right at Disney's door to the Grand Foridian right in Disney. All over rated and crowded with minimal privacy. This home really is in an ideal location. It backs up to a green belt which provides privacy while enjoying the pool, even late at night. The sprawling neighborhood was a great place for morning runs or late night walks. Believe me, after a long day of crowds at the parks...you will appreciate a quiet private neighborhood to retreat to. If this is your first time renting a villa...you will never rent a hotel again!

Thanks Jay and Sue for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! This is a fabulous house! The location is perfect, they layout is perfect, the pool is perfect, the furniture is comfy and the beds are heavenly!!! I spent weeks searching and requesting quotes for rental houses during our Disney vacation. This was a very scary process being from Virginia and not knowing the area. I am so glad that your house was one in which I requested a quote. The pictures and the price grabbed my attention. The assistance, information and communications we received from you sealed the deal. Even then, we had no idea that the house would be as lovely as it is. Like the title states, a crystal ball could not have picked a better house! I am always a bit worried when traveling because different beds tend to hurt my back. I don't even remember feeling the bed. It was like sleeping on air. No pains, no discomfort... I slept so well. In case it was just me being so tired each night, I asked my other family members what they thought of their beds and they all said the same thing. Nothing better than a great night's rest after a long day at the parks!! We loved having the huge formal dining table. It was nice to have the entire family be able to sit around the same table. The kids would have spent the week in the pool and been just as happy. It was very relaxing and the outside bath proved a must!! Thank you for all your help and information, maps, tips, etc.. that you provided to us before our trip. This information was so helpful and took a bit of the anxiety out of traveling. Thanks for everything!! Our Orlando vacation was great! Your home is beautiful and very warm and inviting. All of the extra's made our stay so much easier. Strollers, cooler, games and books for children, TV's in each room. The pool was awesome and water temperature was perfect for us this week. The house was very roomy, beds were extremely comfortable and the house had all the amenities. We couldn't have picked a better home and or better owners. Jay and Susan -- We had a great time in Orlando the week we were there. My family and I found your home to be very warm, welcoming and inviting. All the extras that were there made our trip more enjoyable, from strollers, cooler, pool toys and floats, games for the kids, tv's in all the rooms. Your letter with all the attractions, restaurants was very informative. Fireworks in Disney could be seen from the upstairs bedroom which was very cool. The pool was great, beds were extremely comfortable as well as the living room furniture. It will be a couple of years before we go back to Disney, but if the home is still available at that time we will definately be contacting you again. Thanks so much for your all your hospitality. WE stayed at Jay and Susan's house for our first trip to Florida. The house was amazing.It made us feel like we where in our own home. The beds were sooo comfortable as well as the rest of the house . We had three families with us and had plenty of room to have our own space. Jay and Susan you have a very beautiful home. This home is very well kept and Jay and Susan made us feel like family. It was my sons 7th birthday and our wedding anniversary while we vacationed. Jay and Susan had cards for our occasios and left my son a gift. He felt so special. They really make you feel like family. The attention to detail was incredible. We enjoyed our vacation very much. We stayed at Jay and Sues March 14-21, 2009. My Family along with my best friend's family had the BEST time! We had plenty of room for the 7 kids and 5 adults. Jay and Sue were superb to deal with. You could not ask for a better house or experience. Jay even called just in time to notify us of the space shuttles last night launch! (Sorry Jay that I had to go so fast off the phone). Our family had a most wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at the Sampsons' home. With ages ranging from 12-54, and visiting family members from the area, up to age 74, all of us felt so comfortable. There was a lot of space for activity and relaxation. We have rented vacation homes before and found that the decor and furnishing was the best in this home. Sue and Jay made us feel even more welcome with a waiting package of incidental items to tide us over for the first night and a phone call on Thanksgiving Day to make sure that all found their way safely. The only way that they could have been better hosts would have been for them to arrive and cook Thanksgiving dinner. Seriously though, the entire family was very impressed with our accomodations and can hardly wait until we can return. Thank you so much, Jay and Sue. The Streeter, Frazier,& Patrick clan

We stayed in Jay and Susans home for our first Florida visit. It was nice to have a home to come back to at night and have room so everyone could be together instead of sitting in 1 hotel room. The kids loved the pool, they protested at night when it was time to get out. My 22 month old liked visiting the lizard living in the garage. We will never stay in a hotel again if we dont have to. There was 11 of us and we were not crowded at all. It is very nice of them to share the house with so many people.

We just returned a week ago and we had a awesome time. The house was wonderful there was 11 of us and we had plenty of room. My 6yr old son and my 2yr old daughter just loved the pool, they would rather swim than go to disneyworld! We had everything that we needed it was nice not to have to eat every meal out and to be able to do laundry, expecially with two young kids! We will definetly go back again! We stayed for the second time at Jay and Susans home in March for our 2nd annual Detroit Tiger Spring Training Trip. We absolutely love staying here. It's truly a home away from home. Everything you need, great amenities. We really like the location, very close to Walmart or Publix and away from the congestion of Disney. You will not be disappointed with anything. Jay and Susan are great to work with and they take pride in their home which is evident the moment you walk in. It's where we will stay whenever were in Florida!

We have just returned from a wonderful time in Orlando. Jay & Sue's home is absolutely beautiful.Talk about a home away from home. My husband, myself, my son, his wife and 3 children had all the room we needed with plently left over to spare. We all enjoyed the pool, the privacy, the quiet and this beautiful home. We have just returned from our Easter week vacation with family and friends. Jay and Sue have a beautiful home that is wheelchair friendly. Jay installed a pedestal sink shortly before we arrived. Any of you "wheelers" out there surely know how the standard bathroom vanity can be a real hassle. The new sink was an absolute blessing. If you have any questions regarding accessibility, please feel free to contact me. Jay and Sue are such nice, compassionate folks to deal with. We all had a wonderful time. Loved the Cinderella toaster!

We would like to thank the Sampson's for the opportunity to celebrate Christmas in their beautiful home. This home is comfortable, tastefully decorated, fully furnished, and has something for everyone. My kids loved the heated pool and pool toys, as well as having their own bedrooms to hang out in. We cooked our evening meals on the outdoor electric grill, and we watched the Disney fireworks from our bedroom window. My kids range in age from 11-16 and they all truly loved the home. However, I think that younger kids would really enjoy the home because it is filled with games, books, movies, and Disney character stuffed animals. The "girl" Disney room has a princess theme with a singing princess lamp. The "boy" Disney room has a talking Mickey Mouse lamp and fun Disney stuffed animals. Both of the rooms have TV's and are filled with great kid-friendly videos. Jay and Susan are the most pleasant people to associate with, and they even called to check on us the night of our arrival. We highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking for the perfect home to stay in while visiting Florida. We will definitely plan a return trip! We stayed and Jay and Sue's home in June and have just rescheduled to return in March. I can tell you that not only was this home everyhting we expected and more but Jay and Sue are the nicest people to work with. You will not be dissappointed I assure you. This home was perfect for us to visit Disney and just to relax. I plan to stay here whenever we come to Orlando. I just can't say enough about the home and Jay and Sue.

On family vacations, we usually stay in five star hotels unless there is a good home rental market, like in Orlando. When deciding on a house to rent in the Orlando area, we researched well over 500 properties and narrowed our search to just 10. We wanted the same high standards that we find in the five star hotels that we stay at. When contacting the Sampson's (owners of this property) there was an immediate difference in the level of attention we received from them compared to other owners. This excellent service continued throughout our stay. In addition, the house was immaculate. I won't bore you with ammenities listings (as they are on the website), but I will say that this property is in fantastic shape and we thoroughly enjoyed the offerings. It was relaxing to return from the parks (and the coast) and have such a nice home to return to. We were completely able to unwind. We ate meals outside by the pool the entire time we were there (even though there is a gorgeous dining room inside). We ended each day with a refreshing swim before bed. The experience was truly magical. The square footage of this home made it possible to enjoy the family and still maintain our privacy. If you are comparing properties right now and are concerned about making the right choice, this property and the owners will ensure the experience you are looking for.
