My husband and I came down for a long weekend to relax, and this was the perfect spot! The condo is very clean and has everything you need. The king size bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft!! We spent our days sitting by the pool and enjoying the incredible view off the balcony! The location of the complex is great, just minutes to Cosmo's, Shipp's Harbour Grill, Big Fish, and Duck's Diner, which are some of our favorites!! We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We have been coming to the Gulf Shores/Perdido area for about 20 years. We have stayed at a number of places along the beach as well as several not on the beach but nearby. We stayed at this property for 8 days. The property manager was great to work with and will do everything in her power to make your stay enjoyable. Property had everything we needed and has a nice large pool on the bay with great views.. It is very convenient to get to anywhere from this location and with the beach only a short drive (3-5 minutes) away. Combine that with the value of staying at this location rather than on the beach and you can not beat it. Parking for the beach at the state park was free although you need to get there in the morning to find a spot as it fills up by noon.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I had the pleasure of staying here during spring break and it was more than I could have ever imagined. The pictures doesn't do any wonders when you walk into the place. We walked in and the place was cleaned, easy to fine, and the balcony was breath taking. I enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony while watching the boats pass by. The owner was very helpful in activities and things to do while you enjoy your stay. My teenage daughter (18) was happy when we arrived and sad to leave. I would definitely return again and recommend this place to others especially if you are stressed or need to relax and let your hair down with no cares of the world. Very peaceful.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: We certainly enjoy and "fully" understand the emotion that comes from achieving the most sought after "relaxed feeling" that comes from a stay at the waters edge! Somehow medicinal and magic, it gives us nothing but pleasure to share our "beach home" with those who appreciate the beauty and hard-fought efforts that make such a "dream" become a "reality."
