FOLLY FIELD AREA
Hilton Head Resort is a private gated community with 24 hour security, it is a beach oriented community with a large private beach with ample room for all guests. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the Villa also the resort has a shuttle to the beach available at specified times for your convenience. Our beach has “COCOS” Bar & Grill, bathrooms, a volley ball court and a horseshoe pit.
There are four buildings in the community each has something to offer our guests, they have free access to all amenities. #1, Has an outdoor swimming pool,” The Island Grill & Deli” convenience store, movie/ bicycle rentals & internet café. #2, The building where our villa is located, has a sun deck, a beautifully landscaped courtyard for relaxation, it has racquet ball & badminton courts. Our building is the most quiet in the resort. #3, Has an indoor heated pool, a huge hot tub, a kiddie pool, sauna, showers, exercise room, an indoor jogging track. a game room and a free Wi-Fi hot spot. #4, Has another outdoor swimming pool, six great lighted tennis courts and BBQ/picnic area. All buildings have elevators , there is a separate laundry room( not all units have their private washer & dryer) we have our own in our unit.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been recently updated. It will accommodate a large family or group, It can sleep up to 12 people. It has hardwood or tile floors throughout, it has a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area will seat 8 at the dining table and 2 at the bar there is also a folding table that seats four. Our private balcony has a hightop table and 2 chairs and 4 folding chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The sleeping arrangements are, the Master bedroom has a Queen bed that sleeps 2 with private bathroom & Jacuzzi tub and vanity for personal items, the second bedroom can be 2 Twin beds or 1 King bed it sleeps 2, the third bedroom sleeps 4, has 1 twin bed and a bunk bed it sleeps 2 on the bottom bunk and 1 on top bunk. In addition in the living room we have a Queen pullout bed and a King daybed that sleeps a total of 4 people. The second bathroom has a shower a vanity and shelves for personal items. All rooms have ceiling fans.
Bed linens, bath towels are provided also some basic kitchen and bathroom supplies.

Just returned from a week at the beach! This condo is in a great location, not only close to beach, but outdoor pool and indoor pool too. Plus, the condo is on the first floor so coming and going was a breeze. Plus, to me, the most important thing was the condo was very clean. The owner was great to work with during the planning process. Everyone from the gate security to the lifeguard on the beach were very friendly. This was our first time to this condo but not our last. Thanks for a great vacation!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: I came for vacation to Hilton Head from Europe in 2000 and like many immidiatly fell in love with this beautiful island. I purchased my condo in 2002 and for the next 6 years it was my permanent residence. Being sporty and active I enjoyed the full benefits of this uniquie Resort year round. I have 2 adult daughters.Their families members and friends love to come for vacation to my place. Last year I got married and now I have a bigger family ( my husband, his kids and grandkids ), to enjoy a vacation on Hilton Head. This is why we have so many beds:-). Our family invites yours to stay in our condo where you can find everything you need to feel comfortable. Our condo is uniquie with the most private location within the complex, very close to the parking lot without seeng and hearing the noise. A private balcony with a nice view and sounds of the ocean.

I chose Hilton Head Resort because it has a uniquie mid-island location I beleive, the best amenities one can enjoy year round. That is why the second name of our resort is 'Four Seasons'.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Most important to me is the abillity to have a nice long walk or bike on the beach. On rainy days you can use the IN-DOOR jogging track, heated swimming pool, great sauna, hot tub or use the exersise room or relax on our peaceful balcony and much more. Call me and I'll tell you more
