Fran’s Cottage is a sweet family friendly two bedroom, two bath house located on a quiet residential street just a five minute walk from historic downtown Grass Valley. The back deck with eastern exposure is the perfect place for morning coffee and evening BBQs. Nicely landscaped and maintained yard has fruit trees and garden. Eat in kitchen with dining for 5, has all the basics for cooking and serving. Master bedroom has queen sized bed and second bedroom has two twins. We’re pet friendly to well behaved dogs. When you’re looking for a quaint little place close to downtown without the fuss, this is it!

About the owner: I'm retired and purchased this house to be close to my children and grandchildren. I love to travel and enjoy my time on the Russian river and the wonderful vibe of Grass Valley and Nevada City. Having the comforts of home is an important element I want my guests to have.
Why the Owner Chose Grass Valley:
I've owned this house for quite some time. Historically, I use the cottage a few weeks out of the year. I decided to turn it into a vacation rental because the locations is perfect for almost all activities in the area.
