Gulf Front 3BD/2.5BTH Town home- A unique getaway where you can walk out your back door directly onto the sugar white sand! NO elevators, no long treks to the beach! Just open the door and within a few steps you will be wading in the crystal clear water of the Gulf Coast. There are balconies on all three floors. The first floor features a full kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, dining room, and living room. The second floor has two bedrooms with two queen beds in one, and a queen bed in the other. There is a a jack & jill bathroom including two separate toilet closets. Both bedrooms have a balcony! The third floor has a spacious master suite including a full bath. The private master balcony is perfect for sunbathing or just watching a gorgeous tropical sunset. Largo Mar has a large heated pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, and lush landscaping. Largo Mar is a comfortable and easy vacation for all!
New in 2012-13: Dishes, carpet, all mattresses, linens, paint, curtains, fridge, dishwasher, vanities, furniture and TV in living room.

Full of mold
Full of mold
We stayed in this unit in August 2013. The roof of the building has had a major leak right over this unit, not the owner's fault. However, when we were there the leak had not been repaired and the upstairs had been repainted to hide the damage and mold. The entire bathroom ceiling was bowed due to water damage. My wife has a suppressed immune system and mold is deadly for her. I contacted the owner/manager after we returned home and was completely ignored. At this point we have been home about 2 weeks and my wife is still extremely sick and unable to even get off the couch most times. This was a total waste of money. On top of the mold problem which may put my wife in the hospital before it's over, the unit was poorly equipped. We were told there would be some laundry detergent, there was none. We were told there would be trash bags, there were none. We were told there would be dish soap, there was none. Those things are minor problems compared to a house full of mold, but they were annoying. Please stay away from this unit. Mold is deadly and apparently the management doesn't care and had just hidden the problem.

Manager response: This review was posted by the guest AFTER their week's stay in the condo. The guest never contacted management regarding any concerns during their stay. Several attempts were made to contact the guest after seeing their review. Ceiling repairs were made in the Spring of 2013 after we were told by onsite management that the roof had been repaired. There was a water spot/stain in the bathroom ceiling which occurred between August 8 and August 14, 2013 during a windy and heavy thunderstorm. It was only a water stain and no other damage was noted. The water spot in the corner of the ceiling was repainted. The bathroom ceiling did not bow. The water spot was too small for any ceiling damage to have occurred. Photos of the ceiling water spot and repainted area can be provided upon request. Dish soap and dishwashing detergent were under the kitchen sink in the cabinet. The guest never contacted management regarding any concerns or perceived concerns during their stay. We make every attempt to ensure each guest's stay is enjoyable.

It had been several years since we were last in the Panama City Beach area and also since we rented a unit at Largo Mar. This was the first time we ever rented one of the units on the beach and it was everything we wanted. The unit and the facilities were great for a family vacation. If/when we go back again, we would definitely enjoy renting this unit again.
