  We have vacationed over the past two years in Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Butler Beach, and now Crescent Beach and this condo was hands-down the best place we have stayed by far. The owner was extremely easy to work with and the attention to detail in the decor made it a joy to stay here. One change in the pictures above is the living room now has floor-to-ceiling windows that makes for incredible views of the beach from both the living room and the master bedroom. In all there were six of us who came down for my father's memorial service and the three bedrooms worked out wonderfully versus booking three separate hotel rooms. Though the weather only gave us one good day on the beach, it was an easy drive to St. Augustine to hit the shops and restaurants on a rainy day. We do plan to come back when it is a bit warmer to work on our tans. With Crescent Beach being away from the hustle and bustle of both Jacksonville and St. Augustine, this location is the perfect place to get away from it all and just relax! Winn Dixie is nearby so a trip to the store is not a headache. Also, there are lots of restaurants nearby or within a 10 minute drive. Highly, highly recommend for a family vacation! One of the features that really stood our for us was the covered parking garage, shopping carts and hotel-like luggage carts to move your food and suitcases up to the 2nd floor via the elevator. The rest of the time we took the stairs, but getting moved in and out was a breeze! Though the tennis courts looked wonderful, we didn't bring our racquets. Next time, we'll have to pack those. Overall, I give this place five stars without hesitation. Thanks Mike! We definitely will be back!!

  Just returned from a wonderful week at the Sandollar on Crescent Beach. My family and I have been vacationing there for twenty five years and have stayed at almost every complex on the beach. Mikes place has to be the best. The unit was clean and very well furnished. If you want to spend quality time with your family at the beach this is it. We will be returning as soon as possible.Thanks Mike.

  Nice condo with great location. Quiet building--lots of families with children--so they find can make new friends and have a wonderful time. The beach is top-notch and quiet and the views are worth the stay. The condo is perfect for a small family. Enjoyed it--went by too fast.

  This was a fabulous vacation spot. My husband and I had not been to St. Augustine in a long time and stumbled upon this condo in Crescent Beach. The condo was updated and very nicely decorated with breathtaking views of the ocean. You could not ask for better convenience and proximity to everything you would want to do. The owner is very hospitable and easy to work with. My husband and I look forward to being able to revisit and would certainly come back to this unit.

  My family and I have been coming to St. Augustine since our kids were born and we love it. We've always rented a place on the beach and it's always been amazing! This was the first year we rented this unit and I'm happy we did. Mike and Beth (owners) were by far the easiest owners to deal with. They were very accommodating and returned our deposit promptly. The unit was AMAZING! Thank you Guys! We had the best time yet, waking up in the master room felt like waking up on the beach. We will be renting this unit again next year. Thank you
