  We stayed at this property for one week. It was exactly as advertised. The owners of the property are accessible and friendly. Everything about the rental process went exactly as described with no hidden fees and prompt return of deposit. Home had all the amenties listed and was comfortable. Pool was literally steps away from the house. One of the best features was the ability to literally step out of your car and unload luggage directly into your accomodations without using elevators and steps. The master suite is nice and large and literally has enough room to use the additional pull-out sleeper so that three people can comfortable occupy the room. Master bath has nice tiled shower and a walk-in closet large enough to store most everything. The unit comes with bicycles (which we did not use) and beach chairs. Distance to the beach is about 1 1/2 blocks or 5 minutes by foot. I recommend loading your beach equipment up in the morning to drive to the public parking next to Pompano Joes. This area is a nice strech of beach that has public facilities. Had lunch one day at Pompano Joes. Quick service, but just okay food. House is within about one block of Alvin's Island beach store. This unit is conveniently located close to major attractions. CVS Drugstore and Pizza Hut Delivery/Pick-Up less than 1/2 mile. Outlet stores, Destin Commons, Wal-Mart, etc. all located within 10 minute drive. Good restaurants we frequented while there were Hard Rock Cafe, The Back Porch, Pompano Joes, and of course Fudpuckers. By far, the best food was had at the Hard Rock Cafe. Enjoyed our stay at the unit. No gimics, surprises, or otherwise. Would return for another trip if my travels take me to this area again. Super nice and honest renters.

  My husband and I along with 2 other couples stayed at this home in July for our summer vacation. The home was very nice and cozy. The owners have bikes available to take your morning or afternoon bike ride and the home is close to the beach(within walking distance) and close to Destin's popular restaraunts and also the shopping outlets. The home is in a very good location and in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need to make a great vacation. It is also great for families. The owners are very nice and courteous and very helpful with the renting process. I would definitely recommend the home. We have booked the home for Labor Day weekend and looking forward to our end of summer trip.

  My family and I were happy that we chose this property for our vacation. The home was comfortabe and the location was just what we wanted. It was close to the beach, but was on a quiet street. The only negative comment we have is that there was only one tv and the ad said there was two. The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our time there.

  We had a great stay at this house it has everything you need. The pool is right there and the beach is not far away The kids really enjoyed the bikes that are there. The area is great it is right in middle of all of the shopping malls. This was our first time to Destin and we will defiantly be coming back and when we do we will try to stay at this house again. The owners are also very friendly

  My family has stayed here for the last five years and we love it! It is a great place for my entire family! My children like to ride their bikes and swim in the neighborhood pool. It is not far from the beach and there is plenty to do! We enjoy eating at Harry T's and Dewey's! We also love to go outlet shopping! My parents go with us to help with the kids and their is plenty of room for everyone! I highly recommend this duplex!

  Our family had a great time! The house was very nice and walking distance from the beach. We brought our bikes which was fun riding on the beach road. We were near a lot of great restaurants and shopping areas. We were lucky to have great weather the whole time and the water was absolutely beautiful!

  My family and I had an excellent time at this place! The beach was walking distance from the house and there were a lot of great restaurants nearby. Also, it was very quiet around the pool and house which was great for my family. The only downside to our trip was that it rained for part of the week but we just went shopping at the outlet mall and saw a movie.
