This spacious 1,100 square-foot 1bedroom apartment is newly furnished with high-end finishes, including granite countertops and polished concrete floors. Central air makes for a very comfortable stay in the summer. 60' Flat screen TV with Comcast TV subscription, and a large comfortable couch to enjoy it from. This apartment has an incredibly entertainment setup. Don't go to the movies. Grab a DVD from Redbox and watch it in your own apartment!
'Efficiency kitchen' with granite countertops, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Includes all utensils, mugs, cups, everything needed for a nice meal. 3 leather bar stools complete the picture and make for plenty of seating in the kitchen. Large wooden dining table and area, with 5 chairs.
Single bedroom with high quality queen memory foam bed. Large closet and huge wooden clothes dresser. Lots of big pillows, brand new comforter and sheets. All bedding is completely new.
This apartment is the basement apartment of a single family newly built North Boulder home. Separate, private entrance and ample street parking (no permit required).

My husband and I loved staying in this fantastic apartment. I couldn't have asked for anything better. It is in a nice neighborhood in Boulder. It is nicely decorated and very homey. The pictures don't do it justice, its bigger and nicer than it looks. Very comfortable to just hang out in. The couch is sooo comfy!! The apartment is very clean. It has lots of space for a 1 bedroom and 1 bath apartment.It is in walking distance of Lucky's Cafe/ store, You can get groceries or just go to the cafe for some great food. . I communicated with David through email several times, he was very helpful. I am sorry I never got a chance to meet him. Have no doubts this is a great place to stay. I would recommend this apartment.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The owners were helpful and friendly. The windows and lighting are well designed, so that you do not feel like you are in a basement. I would be happy to stay here again. The location is great.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Great location for us-- We were able to get around town easily, get to Estes Park, go for walks at Wonderland, go to Lucky's grocery and the coffee place nearby. The apartment was quiet, easy to relax in, clean. David was very responsive right from my beginning inquiry, and his instructions were all great (about getting from Denver airport, getting into the apartment etc.) A great experience all the way around, thank you!Did you find this review helpful? My husband and I stayed for four days in August. Short drive to downtown Boulder, steps away from Lucky's for breakfast or coffee, and quick drive to 28th street and access to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. David and Dominique were attentive to our requests and the apartment is gorgeous! New linens in bedroom and bathroom and everything was super clean. The kitchenette is perfect; we bought dinner at Wholefoods and were able to bring home leftovers and beer from Wonderland Brewery, which was a nice plus! Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Boulder. Thanks again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My friend and I had a great time in Boulder staying here. We loved the easy drive to the downtown area, the proximity to Wonderland Lake, and the swanky set-up! The apartment is super spacious, quiet and very nice. The TV is great. We liked the cute neighborhood, and staying in a neighborhood instead of right on/near pearl street was ideal for us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We had a great stay at this VRBO in North Boulder. It is surprisingly close to all the action of Pearl St., yet in a very quiet neigborhood with great access to trails and a 5 minute walk to Lucky's grocery and Logan's Espresso Cafe. David and Dominique were very accommodating and helped make the stay enjoyable.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

My husband I stayed in this vacation rental 11 nights and savored every moment. The apt is sparkling clean and elegant. Although it is a basement apt, there was ample light. While we were there, David had a full size refrigerator installed. He was very attentive to our needs and even delivered band aids late one night. There is no stove but the microwave was perfect for us as we frequently picked up gourmet prepared food @ Lucky's Market which is just around the corner. The area is very pleasant with easy access to the outdoors. Boulder is loaded with excellent restaurants on Pearl Street. We have stayed in dozens of vacation rentals over the years and this is TOPS!!!! Don't hesitate to book this apartment. We were the very first guests at this property and it is adorable. Our host David, made sure we were well taken care of. Close to so many things to do, had a hard time getting them all in (especially if you love the outdoors). Being the first guests, we were warned they may have missed something. So we had to push the cork of the wine in, no big deal. They intend to get a hot plate or something for stove top meal prep, but micro for us was fine. We enjoyed the many great/fun places to eat along Pearl Street. I would so highly recommend staying there.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers.

About the owner: David and Dominique purchased the house of their dreams this past Winter. This apartment is the basement apartment of that house! We both love to travel and have appreciated staying in other's VRBOs, so we decided to put up a VRBO of our own. We will work for your positive review!

The apartment is located just a few minutes from Wonderlake lake, which makes for an unforgettable hike, bike or stroll.
And just 2 minutes walk is Lucky's Supermarket (similar to Whole foods) and China Gourmet (The best Chinese in Boulder!)
