  We spent a week at this lovely vacation home and we had a lovely time! The owner, Juliana, was very easy to work with and everything was exactly as described. It was a perfect location between the beach and Shelter Cove. We were able to walk to both places with ease. Literally a stones throw away from the golf course. Everything in the home is new, clean and looks like out of a magazine. We were traveling with our 2 children and the added pack n play, highchair, board games and books were greatly appreciated! The bikes and beach toys were great, too!! We used the bikes everyday! We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and family and hope to return again! While on the island we visited the lighthouse, Salty Dog Cafe, Shelter Cove and also went on the Pirates of Hilton Head cruise -- which our son loved! We'd never been to HHI before and can't wait to go back, such a great beach experience without the touristy feel of Florida.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  Thank you for sharing your vacation get-away with us. It was a great girl friend get together. We loved how quiet and private the location is but centrally located to travel to any place on the island. We especially like being able to walk to the beach and the general store. Thanks to the barbeque brochure on the board we tried a new place to eat -- the barbeque is outstanding. The floor plan and accommodations, especially the mattresses, were extremely comfortable as compared to other places we have stayed. Thank you again.

  We have loved our time in Hilton Head. It was a perfect place for our son to meet his cousins for the very first time! He just started to walk (at 10 months) so the beach was perfect. The villa at Queen's Grant was beautiful, Juliana has done a great job decorating. We felt at home and comfortable, thank you! We are sad to say goodbye, but have many wonderful memories to take home. We literally did not leave the beach :-). Fish tacos = yummy at the Dunes House. :-)

  We had a wonderful time at your beautiful villa. Thank you so much for sharing. This is our sixth year coming to Hilton Head but the first time we have stayed one month. Best trip ever. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Your place is so beautiful and the decor is magazine material. We love the location and plan to return next year.   The villa is beautifully appointed and is in a great and convenient location. It is spotlessly clean and immaculate. It is great to be in such a lovely place with lots of extras like the free bikes and beach gear. We have stayed in a few rental properties here in Hilton Head Island and although they have been very nice, they are generally soulless. This villa really is a home from home and the owners have gone to great trouble to think about their guests' needs. Communication with the owners has been excellent and we have already booked to return next year.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, tourists without a car.

  We stayed at this villa for all of February and felt totally at home,it is very spacious,very clean and perfectly located close to store (less then 5 min walk),Trent Jones golf course(5 min)and beach and the Dunes House (less then 10 min walk).The owner, Juliana, was also very accommodating which gave us great peace of mind. We would most certainly recommend this villa.

  We cannot say enough about our month long stay at this lovely villa in Hilton Head. First, the place is beautiful! The furnishings are gorgeous, obviously new, updated, and perfectly coordinated. The towels,linens, and bedding also looked new and were beautiful. However, the place was still very comfortable, and we felt at home throughout our extended stay. It is very spacious and open, with tons of storage/closet space. Second, the location on the Island is fabulous. We were centrally located to go to shopping, entertainment, dining, golfing, fishing, tennis, sightseeing, and other facilities by bike, car, or on foot. We used the 2 bikes provided by the owners every day on the bike paths found all over the island. The ocean is so close that we would bike there several times a day to bike or walk along the beach. Within Palmetto Dunes are also a tennis center, general store (also provides prepared food), 3 golf courses, and a few restaurants. We enjoyed Alexander's and recommend the early dinner specials. There are also places off the Island to visit like Old Town Bluffton (loved The Cottage for dining), Beaufort, Savannah, and you are not that far from Charleston. Third, the amenities at this villa were excellent, including the bikes w/locks, gas grill, beach chair, hd tv with on demand/dvr, blue ray dvd player, tv's in each br, a well-furnished kitchen (even cooked Thanksgiving dinner), washer/dryer, even some equipment for small kids. The owners are easily accessible and very helpful, providing quick answers to questions and offering suggestions. We had an absolutely wonderful time there, would definitely return, and would recommend it to anyone.
