The kitchen is stocked-full of everything you can imagine. And... it's pet friendly!

The bike path just down the road will take you around Lake Tahoe- bike all the way to downtown Tahoe City and access to a variety of entrances to the lake. Bike or walk to rafting down Truckee River, cafe and dining on Lake and Truckee River. So many year round activities to enjoy just mins from this charming cabin!

Very cute chalet, gorgeous view, & fantastic location! Enjoyed gathering with family in the cozy family & dining room area to enjoy the warm gas wood burning stove, play games & watch movies. Quick drive just up the road to Granlibakken for sledding and snowboarding - it was a great place for a beginner to learn how to snowboard. Short distance from the main street in Tahoe City where we enjoyed a delicious lunch & lake view at Jake's on the Lake restaurant. One of our favorite New Year celebrations!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children.

My family and I had a great time at Chalet Reidy this August. We loved how cozy and welcoming the place felt. The double bunk bed room was perfect for our kids, and we loved having the upper level for ourselves. We especially enjoyed the large deck and had many nice dinners out on it. The kitchen is great and leads right to a large family dinning table. Most importantly, we really liked the location of this Tahoe rental, it was close to everything Tahoe City has to offer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Our family of 4 (+ dog) loved our stay at this house. It's a perfect location, an easy walk to the market/coffee shop and into Tahoe City. The house has a great Tahoe A frame cabin feel, but updated with all the amenities for a wonderful stay. We stayed at this property for ski a weekend -- we're a family of four, kids are 5 and 2. The A-frame chalet is classic mountain cabin architecture, but furnishings and amenities are fully perfectly updated, comfortable, clean and inviting. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and showers are amazing. The location is perfect for winter or summer. Very easy in/out. Next time we'll bring our dog!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We loved staying in this house. Will make it a regular occurrence. Great location! Close to Squaw, Alpine, Beaches, town and Grand Labacken for sledding with kids. Also has a great organic food store within walking distance. My kids loved the bunk room. We loved the warm chalet feeling to make it a real winter family experience.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children.

We had the pleasure of staying here - our family of four and dog - this past weekend. It is the ideal Tahoe cabin, with the A-frame, 3 bedrooms, and great open family room/kitchen. The kids loved the "bunk room" that they shared with their friends, complete with a chalk door and toys. The view from the upstairs bedrooms is great and so beautiful with all the snow. The place was clean and well furnished and bathrooms/fixtures all modern and updated. The heated floor of the downstairs bathroom was a huge bonus! We'd definitely go back and look forward to it, especially in summer as the location is ideally located near Sunnyside, Tahoe City, restaurants and beaches.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
