Two couples spent two weeks here in January and were very pleased with the condo! It looked exactly like the pictures shown. We were fortunate to have excellent weather and spent many hours at the heated pool and on the beach which was just a short walk away. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. We prepared quite a few meals there but did take advantage of some of the excellent local restaurants. We found it very spacious and having wifi and the extra tvs was a bonus. We liked having the garage to store our bikes. It was also nice to have the beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use. Also nice lounge chairs on the beach My husband did some fishing, we walked on the beach and found many shells, we biked and rode the free trolley. No need to use your car. The complex was well maintained and we noticed the landscaping and pool companies there regularly. The sunsets were beautiful and we had a wonderful time on Anna Maria Island. We would certainly recommend this condo and the area to our friends and family.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

I rented the condo for my family and friends to stay in while attending my son's wedding. I was a little nervous renting something sight unseen via the internet but was extremely happy when I walked into the condo. It is very clean and fresh with new appliances and furniture. It was roomy enough for six adults and one infant to be comfortable and not be on top of each other. The condo is tastefully decorated and the location is perfect. The pool/hot tub is literally steps away from the front door and the beach is just steps away across the street (maybe a 3-4 minute walk at most). The condo development itself is very quiet and relaxing. About 1 1/2 blocks away is a Tiki Bar which became a favorite of ours as well as a nearby ice cream shop. I cannot say enough good things about this rental or the owners. Everything went very smoothly and the experience was top notch. I will definitely rent again when I come down to visit my son and new daughter-in-law!Owner response: Thanks for the kind words, we've updated many items since purchasing the condo a few months ago. We plan to add a larger living room TV later this month.

About the owner: We relocated to Florida in 2007 from Rochester, NY. We live about an hour from Anna Maria and love our 'mini-vacations' to the condo.

We live about an hour from Anna Maria and love our 'mini-vacations' to the condo. Once we drive across the causeway to the island, time seems to slow immediately. We park the car in the garage and walk everywhere! Spending a few days on Anna Maria helps recharge our energy. Someday this will be our retirement paradise, come enjoy it in the meantime!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You'll enjoy this quiet setting. The unit is at the dead-end of the 28 unit complex. I enjoy my morning coffee and sunrises on the bay dock, less than 100 yards from my front door.
The gulf beach is only 250 yards the opposite direction with plenty of lounge chairs available for your use. There is a vendor right on the beach that offers kayak, sailboat and personal watercraft rentals. You can walk for miles along the sandy beaches and enjoy the Carribean-like blue gulf waters. There are several beach bars within 1/2 mile.
The Bridge Street entertainment area is only a 10 minute walk. There are 8 restaurants (several with live music) and many shops for your enjoyment. The pier offers bay fishing with no license needed. Don't miss the Beach House Restaurant 's outdoor dining for breath-taking sunsets!
The free island trolley stops right at the entrance to our complex for free transportation the length of the 7-mile island.
