  I rented a two bedroom condo with everything you would expect for such a rental. Master king bedroom was large, had a jaccuzi, shower, separate toilet room, huge walkin closet and safe. Guest bedroom had two twins so one of my sons had sleep in living room pull out sofa since there were five of us. Pool was heated and nice to swim in. Elevators were fast, convenience store was handy and the Irish Pub had excellent food esp the fish and chips! Parking was tricky if you came back late. Had to park on the street. Not a big deal though. The small Outlet Mall and Walmart next door was good to have. The staff was friendly and fast to help with any issues. I would like to thank Pat for his help in making the arrangements for our fantastic vacation!

  Resort was very clean which is where they earned the 4th star. It was very convenient to the parks, shopping & restaurants. The pool was a great hit for the children. It advertises as being heated but the kids felt like it was the warmest at night. The boat has a water slide which they enjoyed. The room furniture needs to be updated. The mattresses were okay but ready for replacement. None of the sheets stayed on the mattress corners very well. The unit couch was showing wear and lots of loose threads around the edges. Our coffee table broke the first day. The leg apparently had been broken before and moving it for the couch bed sent the leg flying. Maintenance was very nice and removed promptly but never sent a replacement. The towels were formed in shapes like on a cruise ship. That was a nice touch. Everything in the kitchen worked well. Although we could have used a baking sheet and measuring spoons (we didn't ask but the resort probably had extras). I wouldn't recommend planning on their shuttle service until you verify the hours of operation. The hours were very limited and didn't fit our needs at all. Overall, the pricing made this a good deal. We would consider staying again especially if the beds are updated. The owners were great to work with in booking the unit with fast service and detailed answers to our questions. Check in & Check out were fast and efficient.

  This is our second year to stay at this resort for AAU National Volleyball tournament at ESPN's Wide World of Sports. This year I forgot to make a reservation with our group and found myself without a condo. I contacted Pat and Lauri in hopes of renting their unit and it was already taken. Pat took my mistake on his shoulders and contacted the resort and found me a condo to use. He was wonderful and SO helpful. Our teenage kids had a great time at the pool and game room. Theres shopping and tons of food choices nearby and only a few minutes from Disney. The condos are very comfortable and clean. Pat, thanks for all of your help.

  PROS: Very convenient - proximity to parks and shopping, parking, even a store and restaurant on site. Excellent amenities - jetted tub, large shower, spacious rooms, quality furniture, well equipped kitchen, good view, . . . Great Value - money we didn't spend dining out, coin op laundry, etc. more than made up for the price difference of a cramped hotel room. Excellent Service (mostly) - owner was easy & pleasant to work with for reservations; check in was smooth, clerk friendly & helpful Clean - Upon unpacking we found clothes left behind in the 2nd bath, which caused me to question general cleaning. However, within minutes a crew arrived, extremely apologetic and did a very thorough re-scrubbing of the entire unit - KUDOS! Stuff happens, the response was impressive ! I would stay here again and do recommend this facility and owner. CONS: Pool water was very cold, literally unusable for me, but kids didn't seem to mind it. Garage spaces were tight, I suggest large vehicles use the exterior lot. Also once when returning late at night all the lots and legal street space were full, we ended up on the street slightly overlapping driveway access. Apparently the tub hadn't been used for while, I recommend blowing out jets before filling, we had to "fish" dust/debris out of the water. The only real complaint I have was very rude & poor service for expensive & lousy drinks from the pool bar. Which I learned is not affiliated with the resort, but a private business renting space. I always allow one "oops" and my first visit was near closing time, so I let it slide. However, totally different employees were just as bad the following day, so we simply chose not to give them 3rd chance. Afterall, we had a lovely full kitchen in which to prepare our own drinks and appetizers.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

  My family and I travel frequently to the Orlando area and have stayed in various palces, this has been one of the best so far in many years. Close to all the parks and shopping. Everything was fabulous, check in was quick and easy. LOVED that there was a parking garage. I have already forwarded information to friends for future stays here. Looking forward to staying here again. Cathy B.

  This place was amazing! My daughter had so much fun; the owners were great to do business with. Even though the condo had a shuttle, we drove to all the parks, that’s how close and easy to get to everything was. We were able to leave the parks back to the condo for lunch and naps which was awesome. Wal-Mart was across the street and that made it very nice for grocery shopping and there was also an outlet steps away from the condo. The condo also made it very comfortable with a washer and dryer in inside and it also had a convenient store on premise. Can’t wait to go back again! Thanks for everything Pat!
