Fantastic pool side unit beautifully furnished. This unit has many extra touches such as a custom shower with rainfall and side shower heads, bamboo floors, and corian counter tops. This one bedroom / one bathroom unit is on the top (2nd) floor in the most sought after location right next to the pool. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a pull out queen size bed in the living area. The kitchen is completely stocked with coffee maker, microwave oven and other essential needs.
The Purple Parrot Village Resort is a gated community that is a well established landmark among those who have stayed in a Perdido Key condo in the past. We are not beach front, however our outdoor pool is rivaled by none other in the area! Large enough for the entire family to enjoy, the 5,000 square foot pool circulates over a continuous waterfall cave and surrounds a bridge-accessible island hot tub. This magnificent island oasis is the perfect place for relaxing in the breeze or going for swim to cool off on a warm Florida day and a great vacation destination for those traveling to Perdido Key during the slower seasons. Enjoy our heated indoor pool and hot tub which are suitable for use all year round. Or, visit our fitness center which is furnished with an elliptical, two bikes, two treadmills a 3-station weight machine and cable television! Then shower off and relax in one of the his-and-hers saunas located on either side of the pool house.
This unit is not an ideal unit for individuals with challenges climbing stairs. Check in time of 4:00 p.m. and check out time of 10:00 a.m. This unit is available year around, please check the calendar for your desired dates, calendar is updated daily. See our rate schedule below. Rates do NOT include 11.5% bed tax or $70 cleaning fee. There is NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the unit. No pets are allowed.

i recently stayed here with my three teenage girls. it was just as the listing described! we had an awesome time! we loved the pool area! due to tropical storm debby, we didn't go to the beach except in the early evening hours...we just stayed at the pool! i would definitely recommend this property as a great spot for a girls' getaway! gulf shores, orange beach, foley, and pensacola were just a stone's throw away! we felt very safe in the gated community! i would definitely stay here again...hopefully soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
