Beachfront paradise on tropical Marco Island, the most southern and warmest island on the Gulf side of Florida - flowers and palm trees abound! Marco boasts spectacular white beaches and blue, blue water, with the best shelling in North America.
This large 5th floor condo allows ocean breezes and natural light from windows facing all four directions on the southern end of the island. The panoramic beach view provides you with sounds of the surf, sights of the 3.5 mile beach, and include dolphins, bird life and evening sunsets from your private furnished lanai overlooking the Gulf.
This condo was recently remodeled and won an award for interior design. It is a completely furnished 2 bedroom (1 king bed and 2 twin/single beds) and 2 full bath apartment. The living area contains a full-size convertible sleeper sofa which will accommodate another 1 - 2 people. The kitchen is completely equipped, and there is a full capacity washer/dryer for your use within the unit. We provide all linens and towels, and also include beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and beach toys.
There are two cable TVs, a DVD player and a radio/CD player. We host free WiFi (wireless internet). Para-sailing, jet skis, sailboats, a movie theater and restaurants are all within walking distance, however, you will need a car for groceries, full island access and regional activities including championship golf courses and a spa.
The Sea Winds Condominium building is a secure gated community with a newly renovated lobby and elevators. There is office staff to assist you during the weekday. Luggage carts are available at the north entrance to the building. Sea Winds hosts a sundeck, heated pool and hot tub with a shaded cabana and bathouse with showers. The pool deck provides gated access to the white sandy beach you see from your lanai. Tennis courts are well maintained and there is ample off street parking.
This is a non smoking building, however, you may enjoy smoking in our unit on our open air balcony. No pets are allowed.
Our condo is professionally managed and inspected before your arrival. Children are welcome.

We prefer this south end location as opposed to the North end (Tiger Tail) for the sunsets & easy beach access. Stayed next door last year in a one bedroom condo (500 sq feet) which was ok, but tight; when we decided to go for 2 weeks this year, we knew we would want a bigger place & this condo was ideal; spacious, very well maintained & everything you'd need if you REALLY wanted to cook a meal. Love that it's an end unit, so you can see all the way down the beach without getting out of your lounge chair !!! Have already rebooked it for 2014, but we really want to live there.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed staying in a completely renovated end unit with unobstructed north and south views. We loved all the windows,and felt that the 5th floor was perfect ..connected to the beach yet high enough to offer a spectacular view. The location near the south end of the island seemed more laid back and less congested with traffic. Loved the relaxing subdued colors of the decor. It was a truly perfect vacation. The beach is an amazing wide stretch of white sand that goes for miles. Quite outstanding.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Wonderful condo, right on the beach. End unit looking north, for the best view of the huge Marco beach. Condo is well furnished with comfortable and up to date amenities (TV, DVD, wi-fi, etc). Kitchen is fully equipped. Many restaurants within walking distance, but car is needed for more variety.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Property is available year round. Seasonal and monthly renters preferred. January - March: $1,900 per week/$6,500 per month April - May: $1,200 per week/$4,000 per month June - September: $3,000 per month (weekly rental is not available) October - December: $1,400 per week/$5,000 per month Rates do not include sales tax. A $250 security + $200 booking fee required to reserve. $25 parking pass fee upon arrival. No other charges. Rentals are Saturday 2 pm to Saturday 10 am - please call for other options.
