This is a private, sun-filled, contemporary home with the added benefit of having a shared pool, tennis courts and pond all within walking distance. The house is perfect for families or couples who want to get away from it all. Nature is all around with the "tree house" views from nearly every window. Enjoy the sound of song birds while sitting outside with coffee or stargaze while eating dinner al fresco on the deck. The basement level playroom allows for late nights watching a movie or listening to music while others sleep. Sit around the wood burning stove or roast marshmellows on the open fire pit in the front yard.
The house comfortably sleeps 6 while the split level design and separate bathrooms offer privacy for families vacationing together.

Paul and Molly's North Branch home offers quiet, comfort, and an idyllic setting in which to reset and recharge. On the drive up, enjoy mountain views as the road runs alongside babbling streams. The house sits comfortably away from the road. When you pull up, you’ll see the picture perfect weekend house. Inside, the space is a modern and delightful surprise, and it's filled with lovely natural light streaming through skylights during the daylight hours. A wood burning stove in the corner quickly warms up the space to make it cheery and inviting. In the summer, there is a wraparound deck and plenty of space to grill and hang out. At night it’s so quiet, you could hear a pin drop. Perfect for catching up on sleep! The beds are extremely comfortable. There’s plenty of space for kids, friends, and there are two full bathrooms to use, as well as a fully stocked kitchen for cooking any meal you’d like. Explore nearby the house and you will discover a neighborhood pond, pool and tennis courts with mountain views. Paul and Molly have left explicit instructions on how to open the house, and it’s very easy. They’ve also left their favorite nearby activities, restaurants, shops, and more. You’re a short drive away from it all. Cannot recommend this house enough for a true taste of upstate New York country living—even if only for a weekend.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We spent one of the most relaxing, peaceful weeks at this lovely home nestled in the mountains just 2 hrs away from the city. The kids had a lovely backyard with a swing and lovelyforested trails to explore near the home. The property has access to tennis courts, swimming pool and the home itself is charming, sweet and so tastefully appointed. Spent evenings grilling on the deck and dining under the stars. The nearby towns of Calicoon and Jeffersonville were wonderful to get away to, for farmers markets, antiquing and restaurants. The owners are wonderful and were always available.I reccommend this to anyone needing a break from the city, to feel connected with nature and bond with family.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
