  My wife and I live in Austin 40 years ago and didn't know this area existed. What a quiet, peaceful neighborhood to spend a reunion with another couple who are very best friends. The house is extremely well equipped with all of the cooking utensils you would ever need. We did buy some fresh grouper at whole foods and cook it at the house. Yummy. I have to say the beds in each bedroom were fantastic. Both couples left wanting to know where we could buy the same beds and pam was kind enough to share the information. It was truly a pleasure to return home after eating bbq at franklins, visiting the oasis at lake travis, lunch at hyde park grill or just walking thru the neighborhood. We plan on another visit soon. All I can say is this house on Patterson is truly a fantastic place to stay.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  Thanks for helping to make our annual girlfriends' getaway a perfect weekend! The Patterson townhouse was beautifully situated and decorated. You provided everything we could hope for, from luxurious Italian sheets to an abundantly equipped eat-in kitchen, to a secret seating area in a lovely bamboo grove. We enjoyed the charm and walkability of Clarksville and enjoyed a few great meals within blocks of the townhouse. A+!

  Great Austin location. Less than five minutes from downtown, just blocks from great running trails and lake kayaking. Easy to find just off 6th St, nice quiet place. Perfect for a family. Plenty of room, clean, and best of all comfortable. And having a garage to park your car is a huge bonus. Cannot wait to stay here again. Loved it.

  This is a wonderful property! Very clean, loaded with great Extras such as hookup a for your iPhone to speakers, new TVs and more. I will definitely book this property again. We were surprised with great goodies such as premium wine and coffee. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

  What a wonderful place to call "home" while visiting Austin. Close to the music scene, Lady Bird Lake walking trails, great restaurants. Located in a quiet neighborhood of single family homes and the condo complex. The most comfortable beds ever!! Large screen TV's in bedrooms and Living Room. All the modern conveniences and amenities. Our party was comprised of two couples and with two equally large bedrooms, with their own en-suite bath, there was plenty of room for everyone. Having a parking garage was also a plus. W/D is great to have for longer stays. Quiet, comfortable and lovely. Thanks for helping to make our first trip to Austn such a memorable one. If you are looking for quiet comfort and convenience this it THE place to stay!!

  We had a great visit to Austin. This is a lovely townhome in a perfect location to dine and visit some of Austin's best restaurants and attractions. We will be back!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  This is a really beautiful townhouse in a great location. The design, attention to detail, amenities of the townhouse feels equivalent to a 5 star hotel. The 2 master suite layout is such that it allows for plenty of privacy and separation. The living area is gorgeous and the kitchen is well equipped. Also very nice to have a private garage complete with garage door opener. Pam was responsive and the booking process was a piece of a cake. I was very pleased and will surely rent again on future trips to Austin. Thanks Pam!!

  This property was perfect for us. Rented this property for 10 days waiting on our home in Downtown Austin to be ready for us. The location on a quiet street in Clarksville was perfect to walk every morning to get the newspaper and coffee and the two car garage really came in handy. We were able to cook our Thanksgiving meal in the fully equipped kitchen for ourselves, our college age children and a few of their friends before the UT/TCU football game. We will have great Thanksgiving memories. The beds, linens and pillows were perfect and want to know where to purchase them for our home. Loved the TV's. Can not say enough great stuff about the owner Pam and her cleaning crew. Very gracious host. This would be a perfect place if you lived Downtown and are looking for more room to put up family during the holidays.

  My friends and I really enjoyed this house! The house aced the important things!! To me important things about a place are: 1. Cleanliness: The house was very clean. The sheets were fresh, floors were vacuumed, bathroom and kitchen were spotless. 2. Comfortable beds: WOW!!! The beds were heavenly-- comfy and soft. There were little differences between it and my new bed at home. 3. Ease of use: The owner was very easy to work and was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine to welcome our stay. She made it very easy to coordinate plans, and any time I had a question she was quick to answer. 4. Plenty of room: The first night we filled the house with 6 women and never felt cramped. The second night the 3 of us who were left enjoyed what felt like a large space to ourselves. Overall, this is a great place to stay for 2 couples, a family of 2-6 or even friends of 2-6. If necessary the beds are kings, so it is very possible to comfortably share--plenty of room! The house offered us a space where it was easy to catch-up with each others' lives over coffee or wine. For my future visits to Austin I will keep this place on the list as a MUST stay.

  My business partners and I stayed at this home while attending a convention in downtown Austin and we were very pleased with everything. The location is great and is right on the edge of the downtown core. We were less than 5 minutes to where we needed to be and also walking distance to a few good restaurants. The accomodations were clean and well appointed. The owner was very easy to work with as well. If we come back to Austin, we'll stay here again!
