Luxury condo suite in Osoyoos, located in the La Mirada development, directly on Osoyoos Lake.
Our spacious 1300 square foot suite is newly furnished (2012), and features an open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings throughout, hardwood flooring and either hardwood or wool carpeting in the bedrooms, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, central air-conditioning, built-in wine fridge, a Master suite with walk-in closet, full Master ensuite, and a large patio for dining with fabulous views of the lake.
Accommodation includes a king size bed in the Master suite with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third room has bunk bed sleeping accommodations for 2-4 children. The Living Room includes two sofas, a large LCD TV, and sliding glass door to the patio-terrace area. The dining room offers seating for 6 people, with additional seating area at the granite island. A separate laundry room with stacking washer/dryer adds to the convenience of your stay away from home. Cable and Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and gas stove, a wine fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and all the items to make your stay enjoyable. The patio deck includes a natural gas stainless steel barbeque, a patio dining set, and beautiful views of the landscape areas and lakefront. We have a few suites available all at a high level of standard, which have the same layouts but different appointments, decor, furnishings etc.
La Mirada is a new luxury boutique condo development, featuring many amenities such as a salt water swimming pool and spa tub with views of Osoyoos Lake, a fully-equipped fitness room, and a private beach with a floating swim dock and seasonal boat dock. Adding to the convenience is a secured parking garage.

Osoyoos is located in the heart of Desert Wine Country in BC’s Okanagan, with over 35 wineries within 15 minutes and close to 100 wineries in the Okanagan area. Osoyoos Lake is the warmest fresh water lake in Canada and provides for great summer time activities, including 4 golf courses in the Osoyoos area and an additional 34 courses in the Okanagan area. With Mount Baldy ski hill just a 45 minute drive, you could ski in the morning – golf in the afternoon. Osoyoos, BC is the southern most community of Canada’s Okanagan Valley and is located at the junction of highway #3 and highway #97, 400 kilometres east of Vancouver and just 5 minutes or a few kilometres north of the Washington State border.

Specious, with all the amenities you need (all quality), right on the lake. We actually went with another family and our condo provided the perfect level of space and comfort for both families, making for an easy week on the lake. If you're looking for a "level up" from the other places in Osoyoos, this is definitely worth considering. Also, the private sandy beach and the pool gave us and the kids all we needed to relax and enjoy. Oh, and a special thanks to the staff for the great customer service!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Excellent complex. Beach was perfect and kids loved the pool. Well managed and everything went as planned. Our two families will be booking again next year!Recommended for: Families with young children.

We just arrived back from our stay at La Mirada. 1 word to describe everything about it AMAZING!!! The unit was spotless and modern. The view is exceptional. The kitchen is completely updated and stocked very well for a rental. We were inspired and cooked great meals every night. Relaxed on the deck and enjoyed the view in the late evening after a fun filled day. The condo complex is kept very clean and well maintained, we could cool down in the pool or just pop out to the Beach. Great for mooring the boat and having tons of fun on the lake.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
