  My family and I stayed at this property in February 2013. The house was exactly as described and was very cozy and comfortable. Location is awesome, about 5 minutes or less to the Raleys and Y. Super close to midtown and Heavenly. I would definitely stay here again!

  This home immediately felt warm and cozy as I walked in. Description of the place is exactly true to it. Location was easy to find. My family stayed here for the convenience and nearby attractions, such as the casinos and shopping center, and mainly the Heavenly resort--beautiful view on top of the mountain and slopes/runs were wonderful. This place is recommended for any one that want to feel like your away but home.

  Excellent home with plenty of space and beds for sleeping. Quiet neighborhood but pretty close to grocery stores, bus stops, etc. Away from the noise and chaos of the casinos but not far by cab or car. Paul is very friendly, easy to get a hold of, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

  My family of five (from San Diego) met up with my sister and her husband (from Seattle) at the shady lane home - we stayed warm by the fire, made homemade meals, played twister (provided by the owner!), and cards. The yard was private, and large and our kids played in the back and built snowmen. We were just a few blocks from a great sledding hill, plus South Tahoe shopping, groceries and coffee (Peets and Starbucks), the lake, and Heavenly resort. Paul was very quick at communicating and responding to emails and check in and out were easy. The foosball table might have been one of the surprise highlights of the house. The dryer also came in handy for drying wet gloves and socks after fun in the snow! Also there was a welcome basket for us filled with cocoa packets, popcorn and waters. We would recommend this home to smaller groups (two families at most or groups of singles...a girls weekend?) . The only negative of our stay is that it was too short! We hope to return again. It was truly wonderful and helped that even the weather worked out perfectly - tons of fresh snow but nice dry roads when traveling!

  We stayed in this amazing cabin last year and came back again this year. This cabin is clean, organized, cozy and warm. We ended up staying in the cabin for 3 days because of the snow storm. But our kids still had fun playing/sledding outside and just love the nice blanket of snow. Will come back again and will highly recommend to our family and friends!

  loved the house. took my children and parents for the weekend, very well kept home. nicely heated, nice fire place, airhockey table was fun. kids loved the flat screens. will be back, pleasant experience

  This was our first time renting a house/cabin and the entire experience couldn't have gone any better! Your place is so beautiful and our kids absolutely loved it. The spa, game room, and bunk bed was the highlight of the trip for them. We would be at the most beautiful lake beach we've ever seen, but my 3 year old son only had one thing on his mind... "can we go back to the cabin?" Although it's a house, it felt like a cabin. It was very comfortable, there was plenty of room, and we all had the best time. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it! Thanks Paul, for the wonderful experience.

  my friends and i had a girls weekend and we stayed at this home, it was a nice place for the price and the indoor garage was great. there is a bbq grill and a hot tub outside which was great for us to enjoy the outdoors. there is a grocery store within 2 minutes which was good, the store has a great bakery also! my favorite peets coffee is down the street also!
