Why the Owner Chose Frangista Beach
We bought this home after visiting a friend who lives in the area and owns his own real estate busines along 30A. We fell in love with the area and the beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love how close we are to the beach and the pool. It's so relaxing to come there and not have to worry about planning a bunch of things. We just enjoy the family time! Every time we get ready to come home our kids ask "when are we coming back?"
Walk along the beach and enjoy lunch or dinner at this Beachside Restaurant.
Just a 5 minute drive to the Outlet Mall or Destin Commons for a day of shopping.
So much to do here... Great Restaurants, Nightlife, and activites for the Kids.

We just returned from our stay at this lovely home. It exceeded our expectations in every area. The location, size, cleanliness, and furnishings were all wonderful. We really liked how well the kitchen was equipped. We also liked that fact that it is not overly "beachy" in its decor. It's very homey, warm and inviting. Our favorite architectural feature (besides the porches) has to be the transom windows throughout this home. I really can't say enough positive things about this home and our stay. We definiltey plan to stay here again, Lord willing!

Just got back from a second stay here. I am already thinking of when we can go back. Usually at the end of a vacation, I'm ready to go home...this time I was REALLY sad to leave. The house is beautiful with tons of room and just a short walk to the beach. And the beach....WOW! Powder white sand and beautiful, warm water. The pool across the street is nice as well. If you're even considering staying here...just book it!
Owner response:We're so happy you enjoyed our home, the beaches, and the pool. Destin really is an amazing vacation spot!

Our family stayed at this home for our "destination" Thanksgiving holiday. The home was perfect for the 12 of us. The grandchildren loved the beach and the pool.( the kids presented their annual holiday play at the pool - they thought that was 'cool') The kitchen had everything we needed. A great home away from home! PS. Loved the porches!!

We just got home today and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your home! It is the perfect location to everything and the beach was so clean and private. There was so much storage space and the kids floor was such a blessing. We are already talking about next year. Thank you!

We have stayed at your beach house two years in a row (and plan to stay again this year). It is beautiful and so convenient to everything. We love the pool right across the street and the beach around the block! My kids think it is our vacation house :)
