Acacia is a light, cool and spacious villa, situated on a hillside of landscaped gardens with a gently sloping lawn. The villa is located at Becune Point, Cap Estate and is completely fenced and gated. The villa enjoys a wonderful breeze all year round and fabulous views of Pigeon Island National Park and the French Island of Martinique.
The living/dining room is expansive, furnished with a dining table that seats 10, 2 couches ,Cablevision TV and DVD player. A spacious front veranda leads off the sitting room and is fully furnished with lounge chairs and a suite for alfresco dining. Relax here and enjoy the wonderful views, constant breeze and fabulous sunsets! The back patio is extensive and very private, with a covered sitting area and further shaded and open areas.There is a large swimming pool, and 8 person jacuzzi and a covered bar area.
The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender , stove and refrigerator. Snack and eat at your leisure.
This same floor also houses three bedrooms, each with ceiling fans and air conditioning. The master suite features a four poster king size bed, Cablevision TV, and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom II has a queen size bed with an en-suite shower room. Bedroom III has a king size bed and an adjacent shower room.
The villa is equipped with wireless internet access and a security system.
A separate ground floor annex is available for those guests wishing to house a larger party. This area is comprised of a sitting area, two air conditioned bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room and a large bathroom with shower.
Wonderful staff members! Philomen is our housekeeper and works from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm, five days per week. Cuthbert works two days per week to maintain the pool and grounds. Philomen is available for hire to create tempting meals!
Pigeon Island National Park (site of the yearly Jazz Festival!) is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk away as are Anse Becune and the Causeway beaches. St. Lucia Golf and Country Club is a 5 minute drive. Rodney Bay is only a five minute drive; here you will find several grocery stores, ample shopping and restaurants and a casino! Friday night 'Jump Up' in nearby Gros Ilet is a 'must do'!!
The closest beach is only a 3 minute walk from the Villa!!
Acacia is cared for by a nearby management company. You will be fully accommodated by them during your stay.

On our first visit to St. Lucia, we rented what looked like a beautiful villa and were very disappointed. The AC in the master bedroom did not work properly, the pool had not been cleaned before our arrival, the roof leakes in places and the road up the hill to the villa is horrible. But the worst was the ants in the kitchen - we could not use it for anything but making coffee or our food was ruined by ants. Everything had to be kept in the fridge or by morning it was infested. When we asked to have something done, were told the housekeeper had spray but this went well beyond spraying with a can. This could be a lovely place with some updating and better care.

Manager response: I encourage renters to illuminate their needs with our management company! They are but a half mile from our home. I am truly sorry these vacationers were not in contact with them during their stay, as concerns are promptly attended to. * Our pool and grounds keeper works 2 days a week (not daily). * Ants and insects are expected in a tropical climate. We are not fond of heavy pesticide use, especially in the kitchen. We have a wonderful housekeeper who keeps the counters and floors clean during her daily hours. * There is one leak only, in the canopy overhanging the pool chairs. Now that it has been brought to our attention, it will be repaired forthwith! I look forward to welcoming future vacationers.

About: We reside in the Hudson Valley in upstate New York. It's a lovely area that we never tire of, where we have raised our 5 children. While we love the variety of the four seasons here and the opportunity to ski during the snowy months, it certainly is a fantastic treat to relax in St. Lucia's constant sun and warmth!!
Why Cap Estate:
St. Lucia is gorgeous and lush. We chose to purchase this villa because we loved the layout and its spaciousness , the view out to the sea, and what the surrounding area has to offer in terms of beauty and amenities.
