In Season - May through September - 2 night minimum $600 Weekly Rental - $1,200 Off Season - October through April - 2 night minimum $400 Weekly Rental - $900 A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve the unit. Thirty days prior to arrival, the second half of the rental fee is due plus a $250 refundable security deposit.
