Large 'boys room' with bunk beds (double over queen) , girls room with queen size bed and twin bed and a large bay window, 'Marilyn Room' with double bed and great view of the green tropical back yard. Second bathroom upstairs has seperate shower, tub and double sink. WE LOVE THIS PLACE! My family rented the Tremaine House for Thanksgiving and it was beyond expectations. Spacious Bedrooms, beautiful dual living areas, gated yard for the kids, a gorgeous spa in the lush backyard. A wonderful home, in a quiet neighborhood, but just minutes from Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Downtown LA. The furniture and bedding was luxurious, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars !Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Rental includes a weekly housekeeping service. If you would like a housekeeper more often arrangments can be made for an additional fee. We can also provide a chef at an additional fee.

50% deposit to confirm reservation balance due before arrival. Deposit is non-refundable. Travellers Insurance recommended.

Utilities not included however the home is equiped with 40 solar panels so if the tenant is mindful the utility bill are reasonable. We take a $500 deposit and bill utlities "as used". Will provide a statement from the dwp for charges.
