Relax and enjoy your vacation in our spacious and well equipped home. The Glade is located just outside Rehoboth Beach town limits just a short drive or bike ride to everything. The glade is a community of single family homes with ponds, pool, and tennis surrounded by beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park. Our home has a huge yard, large deck, grill, and screened porch. Plenty of parking and room for kids to play.
Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with queen bed and private bath, as well as two bedrooms which each contain 2 twins and a shared full bath. On the main level there is a large open living area as well as a large bedroom suite with a king bed and luxurious bath with jetted tub.
The Glade is quiet neighborhood of single family homes with beautiful grounds, a community pool, and tennis courts. Enjoy walking and biking in a lovely natural setting.
Rehoboth Beach Delaware is a delightful town with a wonderful boardwalk, beautiful beach, tree lined streets and great restaurants. Within a few miles are amusement parks, boating, fishing, kayaking, biking, golf courses, etc. Just 3 hours from DC Sussex County Delaware offers tax free shopping, farmer's markets, and a relaxing beach vacation.
Minimum age for the responsible party to rent this home is 25. We are hoping to have tenants who will care for this home as if it were their own. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 10 PERSONS.

We have been staying at Rehoboth beach for 10 years and this was one of the best homes we've stayed in. The beds are extremely comfortable, the home is beautiful and the 6 bikes they have are Gary Fisher (really good bikes)!! From the home, you are able to bike to the trails which was a wonderful way to start every day. Deauville beach (nearby) is a very secluded area so despite being a busy time, we had no problem with parking or beach space. The home is located behind Tanger Seaside which made for great shopping access (one of my favorite things to do in Rehoboth). We bought this home due to it's close proximity to our home near DC. We hope to eventually retire to Rehoboth.
