This is a unique private home tucked within a gated 15 acre estate in the foothills near Carpinteria. It is surrounded by gorgeous gardens and 20,000 fragrant rose bushes which are part of a working rose farm (one of only two in the USA). Full of charm and with modern amenities, the home has one king bed and 1 queen, with two full bathrooms.
The master suite with a king size bed and sitting area (including tv and entertainment center) has a large newly remodeled bath attached. Granite counters, picture window and claw foot tub for soaking make for a luxurious respite. Laundry facilities are also upstairs in the Master suite. It features a full kitchen with breakfast nook. Private patio and barbeque area. There is a dining and living room space. There is an additional patio with large lawn area and magnificent views of the rose fields.
The cottage comes stocked with continental breakfast and snack food items, coffees, teas, fresh farm produce, as well as beautiful bouquets of our fragrant European roses. High thread count hand ironed linens (along with housekeeping) provided weekly or as requested. This is a truly romantic venue for people who value serenity and privacy.
