TRULY a spectacular view!

It is hard to describe just how beautiful the view from the Boat House is. The very active boat harbor, the forested Trinidad Head, the ocean, and the lights from towns across the bay contribute to an astounding, unobstructed view day and evening. The two-bedroom, two-bath house is spacious and comfortable. It is all on one floor, so very accessible for anyone able to negotiate 3 or 4 steps at the entry. The property manager is available and responsive. Trinidad itself is a charming town that changes very little from year to year, or decade to decade. The house is in a very quiet section of town, and within easy trail-walking distance of the ocean, the pier and harbor, and town.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
