This gorgeous three-story home is situated on Lake Arrowhead with a private dock and just a 5-minute walk to the iconic Lake Arrowhead Village.
It offers 5 well-appointed rooms, each with an en suite bath and TV, and an additional ½ bath off both of the main living areas.
The living room is on the entry level and has a wall of windows facing the lake and village. There is also a partially covered deck with a gas BBQ, patio table that seats 6, and restaurant grade outdoor heater. The kitchen has a professional range, wine refrigerator, island, dishwasher, trash compactor, and a dining table that seats 8+.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers an amazing view of the lake and village, king bed, large flat screen TV, gas log fireplace, and a master bathroom with dual sinks and separate glass-walled shower and jetted tub. There are 2 more bedrooms on the upstairs level, both with full size beds, one of which has a fireplace and full bath with jetted tub, the other a view of the village and stall shower.
On the bottom level of the home there is a large built-in wet bar with a small refrigerator, pool table, flat screen TV, and Wii game console as well as 2 more bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed with a view of the village and full bath with jetted tub, the other is the “kids’” room with 2 twin beds, that can be separated into two individual twin beds or stacked, in addition to a crib and a portable crib that can be easily moved to any other room in the home. There is also a “pack’n’play” available. Off of this level, there is another deck with additional seating and a stairway leading down to a fully-fenced yard (perfect for dogs’ potty breaks).
Just a few more steps down the hill and you are at the lake with access to the private dock, gated walkway to the village, and a walking path along the shore of the lake.

This house is amazing!! To start off with, the parking was level, plenty of room for all of our cars, with use of the garage and driveway. The interior decorating is exquisite!! They details are amazing!! The gourmet kitchen has every gadget imaginable!! When we were there, it was very warm, so having central air conditioning was so nice. The village is right next door, so our kids could walk over and shop or get something to eat, with no worries. The walking path is right below the house, which we used everday. There was plenty of room for not only my famiy, but my sister and brothers family as well as my mom. We had plenty of space. The pool table and bar downstairs were put to good use every night. It was so nice to have breakfast out of the deck overlooking the lake. They provided beach chairs and beach towels, lovely bedding in all of the bedrooms, and plenty of bath towels. My favorite part was enjoying dinners every night at the kitchen table, which was large enough for all 12 of us. We really had a wonderful time, and hope to do it again next year :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

A collection of tiny cabins where local artisans display their wares. It was once a logging camp and contains some of the oldest trees on the mountain. Meandering from cabin to cabin, taking in all of nature's beauty outside and the treasures found inside the cabins, is a real joy. This location is also available for special events and weddings.

Always a good meal and classic atmosphere including a piano bar with occasional singers. We love their prime rib dinners! Althouh the decor is fairly dated and it is casual enough for jeans, this is one the more upscale restaurants in the area. Finish (or start) the night in their bar singing songs with the piano player and enjoying their bar menu with one of the best Reubens around!

Why the Owner Chose Lake Arrowhead:
After visiting a friend’s home on the lake years ago, I decided that Lake Arrowhead was the perfect destination for my family to have a vacation home. I love the variation in weather that we don’t get down the hill, the perfect level of seclusion (but close enough to the village to visit the restaurants and shops or attend any of the festivals in the village), and the proximity to all of the best spots on the mountain... all just an hour and a half from my home at the beach!
One of my favorite things to do is to head to this home right before a storm is due. I love to watch the snow fall and cover the village and lake, let the dogs romp through the snow, build snowmen with my grandsons, or light the fire in the fireplace and curl up with a book or watch a movie.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Since this home is close to the village, you can walk and be there in only 5 minutes. There is a 2-car garage as well as space for 4 additional cars in the driveway. There is a private dock which can be used for fishing, swimming, or lake-side picnics.
