This property has four 2 bedroom apartments and one 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment available for corporate/holiday rentals. The finish for 4N, 4S, 3N and 2NS are very similar, while 3S is an older apartment. 2NS is actually two 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments combined into one.
One of the most convenient locations: Located in the Sutton Place region of Midtown East, this location offers all the convenience, while being surprisingly quiet (as quiet as you can expect from Midtown Manhattan, I suppose). The subways are about 2-3 blocks away, and the immediate neighbourhood offers tons and tons of restaurants, and services such as nails salons, dry cleaners and laundries, bars, coffee shops, and even a supermarket in a 1 block radius. Make it a 2 block radius and you have a movie theatre. The train station is the 59th Street and Lexington avenue subway station what will connect to the 4,5,6,N,R,W which can take you to times square in about 5 minutes, grand central in 5 minutes, Wall Street in 10-15, and Soho in 10-15.
Have the best of both worlds: Don't stay in Times Square with all of the tourist traps! Stay in a true New York apartment, live like a New Yorker, yet have Times Square and all of the other major tourist attractions be a subway stop away.

The apartment is a gut renovated apartment with 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, brand new appliances and furniture. There are two pull out sofas (one double and one single) on each side in the two living areas as well. Essentially, it is 2, 2br apartments joined together. This apartment has the same furniture and furnishings as apartments 3N, 4N, and 4S. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 4 story walk-up town house building. It is well situated in the Sutton Place neighbourhood of Midtown Manhattan, where there are tons of restaurants and shops, a supermarket 24-hr deli's, and parking garages right around the corner. It is very close to the subways (2-3 blocks), but is walking distance to many of the major attractions like Central Park, Bloomingdale's, FAO Schwartz, Rockefeller Center, and the luxury shops along 57th Street and 5th Avenue.

Nous avons loué cet appartement situé sur la première avenue. Notre première impression était qu'il était trés bien décoré et assez spacieux, le linge de lit était trés confortable. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'apprendre pendant notre séjour que le ménage était compris dans la prestation ! Les 4 salles de bains étaient propres et les 4 sanitaires étaient bien utiles !! Seul point négatif : l'endroit pour prendre les repas est un peu petit si on cuisine et on mange à l'appartement mais nous n'avons pas du l'utiliser car nous mangions dehors (sauf pour les petits dejeuners) Un trés bel appartement avec des loueurs trés sérieux ! We rented this apartment located on the first avenue. Our first impression was that it was well decorated and rather spacious, the bed was very comfortable. We had the pleasure to learn during our stay that the housework was included in the service! 4 bathrooms were clean and 4 toilets were very useful!! Only negative point : the place to take the meals is a little bit small if we cook and we eat in the apartment but we do not have to use it because we ate outside (except for breakfasts) A very beautiful apartment with renters very serious !Owner response: Thank you for your kind words. A great appartment, very convinient and much better value than a hotel. StaySmart were very helpful and friendly.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
