Beautifully landscaped 2 story house, filled with sunlight and southern exposure, on a ¾’s of an acre on a cul de sac in the Northwest Woods. Open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, skylight, loft, and two decks. The kitchen and living open to the front deck through sliding glass doors, ideal for outdoor eating. The front deck has a new gas grill. The second deck off living room overlooks the pool and patio.
The house was finely crafted by a renowned East Hampton builder. Details include red wood wainscoting in bathrooms, exposed timbers in downstairs bedrooms, v-groove walls in living room, custom kitchen cabinets, and a large brick fireplace centered in the living room. There is a double bed in each of the two downstairs bedrooms, and a new pillow top queen size mattress in the master bedroom located on the second story. Each bedroom has large double door closets and pottery barn dressers. There are two full baths on each floor. The washer and dryer are located in basement.
The house is equipped with central air conditioning, wireless internet, cable TV, and DVD player.
A short walk to Three Mile Harbor beach and a bike ride to Sammy’s beach. Three Mile Harbor is ideal kayaking, sailing, boating and swimming for young children. Sammy’s is a great all around beach and a fun summer BBQ spot. Neighborhood is ideal for running, walking, nature hikes, biking and quiet afternoons in the backyard. House is 10 minutes from ocean beaches.

The house is quaint and comfortable for up to 4 adults. It is well maintained and very clean. The owners are very accommodating and easy to deal with. I recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. The drive is about 12 minutes to the center of town. The advantage of the location is you end up using back roads with no traffic. It is an easy drive to other towns (Sag, Montauk, Amagansett, Bridgehampton). If you are into biking or kayaking, the bay beach is a 5 minute walk from the house to 3 Mile Harbor.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

This home is a gem in wonderful area. It is close enough to everything for convenience but at the same time feels like a peaceful, secluded retreat. Huge, clean pool, gated grounds and all the comforts of home one would expect in a vacation house. The owners are gracious and kind - a pleasure to work with. We would certainly book this lovely home again before the secret gets out! The bay beaches are within biking and walking distance and the ocean beaches are less than 15 minutes away by car. Loved it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
