Home boasts a seprate guest cottage with 2 sets of bunkbeds sleeping 4 children and two adults in a pull out Ethan Allen sleep sofa. Cottage is also perfect for the grandparents, in-laws, or a seperate family to share the rental.
On the water, home contains over 250 Feet of private beach. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine and a Cigar as your children play on the beach below during low tide.
Home has more demand than supply. Owners are now open to renting again to the right tenants. Over 99% of past tenants were repeat renters, and 1 family visits for 2 weeks every August.
