Welcome in our Suite-Apartment located on Nice’s famous Promenade des Anglais. In the very heart of Nice “Carré d’Or” on the Promenade des Anglais, with sea and beaches views and pool at roof top.
Close to the old Nice and from the main amenities : shopping, supermarket, restaurants, bus, tramway, main station SNCF, casinos : Palais de la Méditerranée and Ruhl. Ideally situated with the beach and the Mediterranean sea as your front yard, with plenty of Beach Bars and Restaurants just across the road and the tourist office just 1 min away. Nice’s Old Town and Cours Saleya daily market is a 5 minutes stroll away.
The local bus route is close by and the airport express bus passes right by your doorstep. The train station is approx a 15 minutes walk away and Port and Castle Hill will take about 10 minutes on foot.
This lovely apartment is ideal for those who wish to relax and explore Nice and French Riviera on foot. The building has 2 swimming pool at the roof top, with an incredible view on the sea and town.
Our apartment has a sleeping area with a large double bed as well as a lounge with a very comfortable leather sofa bed, and so can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery etc. A set of linen and towels are provided.
This unique and luxurious, newly rebuilt and fully equipped apartment is located in the best spot on the Promenade des Anglais with breath-taking sea view.
All amenities nearby : The building is located in heart of “Carré d’or”at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, betweeen Palais de la Méditerranée and Meridien Hotel, opposite Ruhl beach and about a 5 minutes walk from the famous Old Town, and 2 minutes walk to pedestrian street.
The open plan living area has an new hardwood floor, marble dining place with 4 leather chairs, white leather sofa bed and armchairs, LCD-TV with satellite channels, wireless internet connection.
The designer American style kitchen has granite worktop and is fully equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle.
The lounge area is at the front of the apartment and looks out over the Promenade des Anglais with great sea views.
It has full air-conditioning, automatic shutters, large screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet access, telephone, security safe-box, permanent concierge and a lift (3th floor). A separate sleeping area, with white leather large double bed (160 X 200).
Shower room, with large Italian shower.
And a dressing room, with washing machine. We are actually, refurbishing this apartment, so photos will be on line at mid of april.
We have also a bed and breakfast in Nice hills : The Bed and Breakfast Villa Kilauea is a large mediterranean villa located on the western hills of Nice on the French Riviera, in full heart of vineyard of Bellet, only at a few minutes by car or by bus of the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches.
At your arrival you will be charmed by the surrounding landscape, and the unspoilable view on the Castle of Bellet, and the villages of St Jeannet and Gattière.
The bed and breakfast Villa Kilauea is an ideal retirement for idleness lover, reading in the shade of a pine and naps in our gazebo rocked by the song the cicadas.
We recently installed a large Spa on the pool terrace for an unforgettable relaxing moment.
The nature lover and the sportsmen will be able to discover the surrounding French Riviera hills and the marvellous trails.
But our bed and breakfast is also a good base to visit French Riviera and country side. Monaco and Cannes are only at 30 minutes by car and Nice down town with old city, flowers market and narrow streets are only at 15 minutes by car.

My wife and I vacationed in South of France for our 1st anniversay. We were lucky we picked this fantastic apartment for our stay. Upon our arrival Gérard spent 30 minutes going through every nook and cranny of the apartment and building. He was extremely detailed and we appreciated his enthusiasm to make sure we were comfortable....from pulling up the English tv channels to providing us with a land line phone that we can call the States with no charge! The location cannot be more perfect- right in the middle of the main street with absolutely stunning views. The pictures on this page does not do justice to the view upon entering the apartment and from the balcony [which was much bigger than we were expecting]. The roof top pool is also great, and the views of the shortline are picture perfect. We used Nice and this apartment as our base, with day trips to several cities. After just 2 days, it starting feeling like home. I would reccommend this apartment to anyone and everyone who travels to the South of France. It was an absolute pleasure. Thank you!! Bonjour Nathalie, Nous voilà donc bien rentrés dans notre région du Nord avec un temps lourd et sans le beau ciel bleu de Nice et d'ailleurs toutes les autres belles choses de cette ville. Mais toutes les bonnes choses ont une fin! Garderons un excellent souvenir de ces 10 jours passés dans votre maginfique appartement idéalement situé. This is a great spot for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were greeted on the street by the owner and made to feel really welcome. The location is perfect, right in the middle of downtown Nice. We loved the terrace and its wonderful views. The apartment was exactly as we expected, and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely consider this for a future vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

From the moment we contacted Nathalie & Gerard about the apartment, they went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information necessary and truly made us feel welcome upon arrival. The apartment is in the PERFECT location, 5 minute walk to old Nice and the outdoor market, beautiful Sea views. The decor is very inviting, extremely clean and has everything you would need for a beautiful stay. We already cannot wait for our next opportunity to visit again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay to the max. it was a very clean and well equipped appatm. wiz a fascinating view! Great location at the promenade! and nice nice opprtunities to enjoy the cote d´azur!..anytime again! ..the only thing it had been great if the car-lot would be included for the guests and no extra charge for that, that would have been perfect service!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Stayed there for 9 nights. Very good location. Very nice terrace with the a beautiful view of the sea in front of you. Aparmtent clean and nicely furnished, but for 3 people the most. Air condition could work a little better. It was ok during the night; during the day wanted the apartment to be little cooler. The building itself seemed a little bit run down, especally the elevators Definitively would recommend it to my frineds and would use it again when I decide to go back to NiceRecommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We communicated via email with the property owners very easily prior to our arrival. They were able to send us additional info and provide details about the property in a timely fashion. All emails were usually answered within 24 hours, if not sooner! The property lived up to our expectations...putting it modestly, it was gorgeous! Close to all amenities, including restaurants, grocery stores and beer/wine/liquor stores and across the street from the magnificant "Côte d'Azur." If you chose this location, I'm certain you will enjoy your time in Nice.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Before we rented an apartment in Paris, we sold it last winter and we decide to offer an other place to our guest, but in front of the sea. When we found this apartment it was horrible! so we decided to refurbishing it from ground to roof!, now we have a modern and luxury apartment on the best place in Promenade des Anglais!
