This seven-bedroom complex is right on the bay in Mission Beach and looks out over the entire bay and downtown. The front area has a big patio deck and volleyball courts are only 20 feet away!
In addition, The Catamaran Hotel and Resort is right next door providing a wide variety of rentals including jet skis, paddle boats, kayaks, and more. On the beach side, which is only 100 yards away, there are rentals for boogie boards, surfboards, wetsuits, bikes, and just about anything else you can do with the seven miles of boardwalk and that goes around the entire area and the bays and beaches.
This home is very large and spread out and huge paneled glass in the front stretches all the way up to the lofted ceilings above providing spectacular views from the bedrooms on the second floor as well. There are large private decks on the second and third floors extending from the master bedrooms on each floor which is perfect for beautiful views and getting sun.
This is by far the nicest place in Mission Beach and in San Diego available, and is a steal for guests coming to town with beach resort tastes.
