This spacious, executive-style villa is luxuriously furnished with quality furnishings. The villa comprises of very large, open plan kitchen/lounge with separate dining area. Entertainment is provided by means of a 52" screen rear projection TV, plus new for October 06 is a brand new pool table.The master bedroom has a King size bed with a large en suite and robe area, this bedroom also has the added benefit of a 20" LCD TV with cable.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and also benefits from a portable TV / DVD. The large, screened, pool area overlooks a lake and preserved woodland and is further complimented by extensive sun terracing and patio furniture. The south-facing pool area has a removable safety barrier ensuring complete safety for little feet.

Located only a short drive from Anna Maria Island, Sarasota, Saint Armands Circle, and the world-famous beaches of the Gulf Coast. On-site facilities also include a large community pool, two quality tennis courts as well as a basketball court and children's play area. Tampa airport is only 40-minute drive, Bradenton International Airport is less than 10 Mins away, Busch Gardens is 1 hour drive whilst the Disney theme parks are only 90 minutes away,
