This premier, one bedroom, one bathroom efficiency style villa is located in the heart of West Beach Village. There is a fully equipped, completely renovated, kitchen that is open to the living room and dining room; perfect for entertaining. There is a Flat screen television with a high definition box and DVD player in the living room as well as a flat screen television in the bedroom and the villa also has wireless Internet. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The villa is a short walk to the brand new West Beach Pool, the Straw Market, and across the street from beach access. Pets are not allowed.
Guests at this villa also have complimentary use of the Kiawah Island Golf Resort's Night Heron Pool's and new in 2012, Kiawah Island Golf Resort's brand new West Beach Pool, and Tennis Club pool. Also available to guests at this villa is a fitness center, complimentary door-to-door island-wide shuttle service, 24/7 front-desk assistance, discounted golf and preferred tee times at the five world-renowned Kiawah Island golf courses (including The Ocean Course, site of the 2012 PGA Championship!) preferred reservations and discounted tennis court time, and preferred reservations at the Sanctuary spa and restaurants.
Discounts are available for guests interested in renting bikes - perfect for riding the more than 30 miles of paved bike trails that meander throughout the island.
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and a completely renovated bathroom.
The living room has a wonderful screen porch with a table and chairs.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other and have a view of the West Beach Tennis facility.
Use of the villa includes all linens and towels. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the villa for your convenience.
