Edisto Island is a relaxing paradise. This Marshfront home has outstanding views with sunsets that are breathtaking. An extra large screened porch allows for rocking to the beautiful marsh view, or outdoor dining . Our favorite part is the rustle of the big Palmetto Tree next to the porch that lulls you. Located on the right side of the duplex, with the bike path right out front. Only a short block to the ocean beach.
Plenty of room to bring your boat to park while staying.

We rented this home for a three night stay and was so pleased. Most importantly the house was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the screened in porch was great with beautifu marsh views! The home has beautiful pine floors and is decorated nicely. The rates are very reasonable and we loved the option of cleaning it ourselves before checkout to save even more. It is also a very short walk to the beach(5 min.). I would highly recommend this home. We hope to stay here again on our next trip.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family had a wonderful time at Edisto while staying in this home. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Its obvious the home is well cared for. The kitchen was full of any item needed to prepare dinner. We enjoyed eating our dinner outside at the picnic table on the beautiful screened porch while watching the marsh birds. The walk to the beach was very short, in fact, our twin three year olds made the walk just fine. Staying in this house made our Edisto vacation an enjoyable time and a wonderful experience.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Very comfortable accomodations. Everything you could ask for. Even w/ imperfect weather we enjoyed shelling and watching the pods of dolphin feed close to the beach. The food was excellent at the Ocean View which included local shrimp and oysters. My favorite however was relaxing on the back porch at sunset and watching the herons and egrets in the marsh highlighted by a visit from a couple of the island's bountiful deer population. I WILL be back! DJRecommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
