Las Olas is a beautiful brand new gulf front house in Miramar Beach. It boasts 8 bedrooms with flat screen tvs, two living rooms, an elevator and a private pool! The home is conveniently located walking distance from a few of the local’s favorite restaurants and beach bars and only a short drive to some of the area’s best shopping.
This professionally decorated home creates the most serene getaway to remove you from the stresses of the everyday world. The first floor features a very open floor plan where the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other. Of course the best part is the gulf front balcony off the living room with your own private pool and gas grill!
The second floor offers a secondary living area with a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping and a flat screen tv. You will find 5 bedrooms on this floor as well as 2.5 baths and the laundry room. Two of the rooms have a shared gulf front balcony perfect for watching the waves roll in! On the third floor of this fabulous home there are two queen bedrooms with flat screen tvs and a shard Jack and Jill bathroom. The master is located on the gulf side of the house and provides generous space to relax and take in the phenomenal view of the Gulf of Mexico.
