Beautiful newly remodeled home a few blocks from the beach and golf course. Sunny courtyard welcomes you to the house. Large sunny living room with fireplace is a great gathering place. The gourmet kitchen, featuring Viking stove and all new appliances is open to the living room with a 12 foot island bar area. The family room features a dining room table that seats 10 and another gathering area with a large screen TV. The family room opens to the backyard which has a bocce ball court (rules included!) which will keep your group entertained. The three bedrooms on the first level look out onto the backyard. The large master bedroom upstairs has a peek of the ocean. The house is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the PG Links golf course (1 block away) and ocean (3 blocks away). It's a short walk to downtown which has excellent restaurants, movie theater, museum, art galleries and shops.
To keep you entertained, in addition to the Bocce Ball court, we have five sets of right-hand golf clubs, two sets of left-hand golf clubs, and 3 pull carts. A bike is also included. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and kitchenware you need to make a gourmet feast. The kitchen features new quartz countertops and a hardwood maple bar which will be the hub of your entertaining. The kitchen has a small counter TV and one den/bedroom has a larger HDTV. The family room has a super large HDTV. This home was completely remodeled this year and is newly listed as a vacation rental. New carpets, floors, and windows. Every room freshly painted. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen and another has a double bed. The den has a futon which can be set up as a queen bed. The house will comfortably sleep 4 couples. The downstairs bathroom has two sinks and a shower/tub combination. The master bath has two sinks and a shower. Beds are topped with down comforters and extra blankets and pillows are included.
The sunny courtyard has a seating area and the backyard has table and chairs for outdoor dining. A gas and a charcoal bar-b-que are available in the backyard. The Bocce Ball court has all the equipment to get your group playing. Rules, balls, scoreboard and shelves for your refreshments are all set up. It's a game everyone can enjoy.
BOOKING POLICY: If booked more than 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of total amount is due to secure reservation with balance of total due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Full payment is due at time of booking if booked less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel 60 days or less before your arrival date, you are eligible for a full refund ONLY if we re-rent the property for the same dates and rental rate.
Credit card must be on file for security against any damages. Access information and directions will be provided once payment is made in full. Two night rentals are subject to owners approval.
Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.

Thank you so much for letting us renting this house. This house is the funnest and best house ever!!! Emma (age 9) I wish that I could stay here forever! This house is a paradise! Awesome garden, a huge amount of space and a nice television! Thank you so much for letting us stay in this wonderful house which leads us to a great vacation! Roxanne (age 11) We an only confirm what the kids are saying. The proximity to the beach is also a wonderful bonus for a nice stroll before sunset. Your house was just perfect for our two families! My brother and his family and mine were impressed with so many things. The 5 cousins (ages 6-11) enjoyed the grassy patch in the back for soccer games and the bocce ball court was enjoyed by kids and adults alike. The wine and snacks were a nice touch as were all the bathroom amenities. We used your bike to ride north to look at Harbor Seals. Enjoyed a nice dinner at Point Pinos Grill - a quick walk away. The location and amenities were exceptional. House was very comfortable and fit the needs for our family get together for Thanksgiving. Had a small issue with the stove, but everything worked out in the end and we had a wonderful time together. Will definitely be back to this house.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Eight adult men who enjoy the challenge of playing golf had a fantastic time at a wonderful house at a perfect location. The house has been beautifully redecorated and remodeled so that you are having a great time with all of the bells and whistles. We really appreciated the owners concern for detail so that our stay was very enjoyable and everything was available for our cooking needs. The house had everything from a putting area in the garage, golfing magazines, books and a great bocce ball court in the back that we used daily. We rented this house for the Pacific Grove Triathlon in Sept. This house had it all: gorgeous, fully-stocked kitchen, golf clubs, bocce ball, bbq pits and plenty of sleeping space. It was perfect for us, as we could bike down to the start line for the race. The house is beautifully decorated and has plenty of space, we had 8 adults and everyone got their own bed or sleeping pad. The house is also right next to the golf course, which unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of. Maybe next time. The owners were really friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our two families had an excellent visit in the Pacific Grove area during our week. The house was all if not more than we expected. Len had thought of all the extra amenities in the house. We would highly recommend the house for a wonderful family vacation. The house has ample room for many family members to stay with adequate space to accomodate different activities. The gentlemen (across the street) and his dog that go for a walk many times a day were a wonderful new friendship. There is a golf course at the end of the street and only a couple of blocks from the beach where the kids had a great time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
