Like a drink of cool water on a hot day, Oasis is a refreshing addition to your next beach vacation. This elegant 3-story, 4-bedroom, 4 1/2 baths beach house is tastefully decorated in high-end, contemporary traveler décor,high-end features and all the luxury you could want including a private pool, elevator and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. An open living, dining and kitchen on the second level, plus ample parking make Oasis a perfect place for multiple families and large gatherings. Excellent use of space allows for maximum enjoyment of the expansive views and allows for natural light. Just across the road from pristine, white, sandy beaches, Oasis has easy access to the 17 miles of paved bike path along scenic 30A.
Oasis is located in peaceful Dune Allen Beach, Santa Rosa Beach just down the road from Stinky’s Fish Camp Restaurant on Oyster Lake. It is also less than a mile away from Gulf Place where you can enjoy free concerts, shopping, kayak and bike rentals, a drug store, dining at several restaurants including Miss Lucille’s coffee shop and cafe, the Naked Grape Wine Bar and Smiling Fish Café. Oasis is conveniently located close to grocery stores, golf courses, fine restaurants and shopping. The home is just minutes away from Destin, The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin, Seaside and Watercolor.
Directly in front of the home lies a spacious patio area with seating for 12 and a large pool for the whole family to enjoy. Once inside, the foyer features a sitting area and library, just in case you forgot your favorite page-turner at home. Adjacent to the foyer is a full bathroom, next to a queen bedroom. Also on the first floor is a bunk room for the kids with two sets of twin bunks and an adjoining bathroom.
The second floor offers an open floor plan to the kitchen, dining, and living area with an excellent view of the gulf and a large balcony. The kitchen is spacious and modern with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The dining area allows for seating for 12 around the large wooden table and kitchen bar. The living area is classically decorated with rich woods and leather along with a 42” HDTV above the gas fireplace. There is also a half bath nearby. Also accessible from the second floor is a side balcony with views of Oyster Lake, one of the world’s only Coastal Dune Lakes.
The third floor offers magnificent views of the gulf and Oyster Lake from the master suite and balcony. The suite is equipped with a king bed, morning kitchen, sitting area and spacious walk-in closet. The master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, shower stall and double vanity. The other bedroom also features a king bed with a 32’’ TV and a lovely view of Oyster Lake.

This was the best family vacation we have ever had. We checked in directly at the home and were met by the management company. The house is less than a one minute walk to the beach. The pool was great and made for great fun with the children. We enjoyed a 6 hour deep fishing excursion that the concierge set up for us as well.
