Cabin camping is a great way to enjoy the scenery and still have some basic amenities. For those not wanting to pack a tent or manage a big RV, renting a cabin is a perfect way to spend a Montana vacation.
Picture yourself relaxing on the porch after a big day hike or horseback ride, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit and then snuggling into a warm cabin bed at the end of the day. Lionshead Cabin Rentals offer ALL the adventure of a Montana vacation without the hassle of packing and hauling the gear.
The one room cabin is located in the beautiful picturesque pines on the western edge of our campground, located just a few short miles from nearby West Yellowstone and the entrance to Yellowstone National Park. There is access into the Gallatin National Forest just steps away. The cabin offers electricity, light, heat and campfire rings.
In the Rustic one room cabin, bedding and towels are provided for four people. The best way to prepare for a stay is to bring everything you would want for tent camping except the tent!
In the Rustic Cabin you will find:

•Bathroom with flush toilet
•Hot water shower

Whether you are stopping in for some relief from a long road trip or setting up a base camp for a major outdoor adventure, our friendly and helpful staff is ready to help you enjoy your vacation.
Our camping facilities are also home to a large dance hall and outdoor pavilion equipped with barbeques and fire pits. We can accommodate large and small groups for all occasions. With a National Park, a National Forest and lakes, ponds, and streams threaded throughout the picturesque landscape, Lionshead RV Campground offers access to outdoor adventures for the recreational aficionado, but also offers the day-to-day necessities for a pleasant Montana adventure. Just a short walk to our main campus, you will find a convenience store, coin laundry, clean hot showers, firewood, and propane. And, we have Wi-Fi.
For those of you interested in getting out and about, we can guide you to our nearest trail heads, set up a sightseeing tour, advise on any wildlife viewing tips, and horseback riding excursions.
