Home sits on a large 10,000 sq ft private lot, just minutes from Downtown Palm Springs, Golf Courses, restaurants, shopping, casino's, Palm Springs International Airport and just 20 minutes from the Cabazon Outlet Mall. The Von's Market & Knott's Soak City/Water Park is only a short 5 minute walk! Very short drive to Trader Joe's/Target & Starbuck's.
The house has been remodeled with newer kitchen appliances. Prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, baking oven, microwave, glass stemware, nice flatware, dishes, cooking utensils and plastic ware for the pool. Separate garage for two cars.
Each room has been tastefully decorated providing comfort and privacy. The home is wired with WI-FI. You will enjoy the big screen TV, Digital Cable, DVD/CD player. Sliding doors from the dining room give access to the breeze way, pool and grounds. This is a large private backyard with beautiful desert scape, mixed in with plenty of green color. Palm, citrus and ficus trees surround the back yard. Full sunshine, at the pool, throughout the entire day. You will enjoy the evenings relaxing in the living room with a panoramic view of the San Jacinto Mountains, with cable TV/HBO. Enjoy your stay at our peaceful Mid-Century home!
Note: The pool is comfortably swimmable from mid-May thru mid-Sept. We intend on installing an above ground spa, at a later date. Because of the very high cost to heat the pool, we have disconnected the gas supply to the pool heater.
