  The apartment is simple but clean and well-equipped, particularly if you would like to cook instead of eat out. It is only a 15-min walk to the city center and there is plenty of free parking in the neighborhood. The only drawback is that the beds are a bit small and have a footboard at the end -- my boyfriend could not fit his feet on the bed and he is only 1.83 m tall. But otherwise we had a nice stay!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  Owner response: We are not tall and didn't think about beds could be small for tall persons. We have changed them this year. There is no more footboard at the end!

  This two bedroom apartment in a quiet Arles residential neighborhood was clean and comfortable. The internet services was unfailing. Parking was free just outside the door and we did not mind walking up the stairs to the 4th level. We were within 1 km of major Arles sites as well as stores and restaurants. There is also easy access to the highway for trips to nearby Nimes, Avignon, Les Baus, St. Remy, Gordes, and other beautiful locations. If you have a car for driving around Provence, this is a great homebase.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers.

  we spent 1 week in Arles with a couple of friends during a photographic festival. The owner was very kind and helpful regarding our demands. The apartment is not far from the center of the town where we spent most of the time. 10 minutes walk from the apartment are located shopping facilities (food, bakery, gasoline). The equipment is acceptable. Overall a very good place to stay, I would definitely recommend it.

  I stayed at this Arles apartment for three weeks. I am new to France and new to Arles and this apartment has been perfect for me. It is close to the center of the city, but is in a quiet neighborhood. It is a three minute walk from a stadium where I went running every morning and about a ten minute walk from a large commercial center, which has three supermarkets. The apartment has excellent WIFI (no interruptions, excellent streaming) and is spacious and very light. The host could not be more helpful. Plus, she has made sure that the apartment is well equipped (TV, washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc.) and has provided a large assortment of maps and other brochures about Arles, the Camargue and Provence - perfect for someone like myself, who is here for the first time. She was always ready to help with any questions I had. I give this apartment a 5 star recommendation!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We have loved our two and a half month stay at this apartment! It is filled with light and the view from the fourth floor is superb. It is in a quiet neighborhood not far at all from a shopping center and only a ten minute walk into the center of Arles. The colors throughout the apartment are bright and cheery and it is equipped with everything one would need for a short or long stay, including vacuum cleaner, washing machine and clothes dryer.The two desks are perfect for computer work and the beds are very comfortable. The apartment building is quiet and the neighbors very welcoming, which was important for us as we arrived in France on a long stay visa and did not know anyone at all. The proprietor is a gem! She is very knowledgeable about the city of Arles and very helpful in every respect. She clearly has put a lot of effort into making this apartment attractive and enjoyable for anyone who comes to visit. We have had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to Arles! Maryanne and Cory Sea En francais Nous avons aimé nos deux mois et demi dans cet appartement! Il est rempli de lumière et la vue depuis le quatrième étage est superbe. Il est dans un quartier calme pas loin du d'un centre commercial et à seulement dix minutes à pieds du centre d'Arles. Dans tout l'appartement les couleurs sont lumineuses et gaies, et il est équipé avec tout ce qu'on aurait besoin pour un séjour court ou long, y compris aspirateur, machine à laver et sèche-linge. Les deux bureaux sont parfaits pour le travail sur ordinateur et les lits sont très confortables. L'immeuble est calme et les voisins sont très accueillants, ce qui était important pour nous que nous sommes arrivés en France avec un visa de long séjour et ne savait pas qui que ce soit. La propriétaire est merveilleuse! Elle est très bien informée sur la ville d'Arles et très serviable à tous égards. Elle a visiblement fait beaucoup d'efforts pour rendre ce bel appartement agréable. Notre séjour a été merveilleux et je recommande vivement cet appartement pour toute personne désireuse de venir à Arles! Maryanne and Cory Sea
