Crystal Shores Condominium is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There is a beautiful view from the 10th floor balcony of the unit. The Condominium is great for couples, families, and perfect for snowbirds!
The kitchen includes such upgrades as granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The eating area accommodates up to six people. The living area is nicely furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and brand new tile. The Condominium includes a 37 inch flat screen television, with high def channels, a blue ray player, a stereo with CD player and wireless internet.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a 32 inch flat screen television with a DVD player . The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a 20 inch TV with built in DVD player. The Condominium also has an oversized balcony that overlooks the beach, which is great for relaxing!
The Condominium is close to all of the major attractions on the Gulf of Mexico. You will definitely love the convinent location!
NOTE: Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Security deposit must be received to reserve the unit. Rental fee must be received two weeks before date of arrival. Keys and rules will be mailed to you at the time of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Four weeks from arrival - complete refund of security deposit; three weeks from arrival - half of security deposit refunded; two weeks or less from arrival date - full loss of security deposit.

We just got here in July and absolutely love it! The condo is very spacious and spotless! The balcony is twice the size of where we have stayed before. The beach is beautiful and the water is blue/green and amazing and the air is refreshing! I am soooo glad we came!! :) Michele
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
