We move from Europe in 1999 and haven't looked back since. We live in the same beach resort and rent the other units to vacation travelers like your self. We are available for questions and help 24/7. We spend our time either on the beach & ocean or explore the Yucatan. We have raised our son during the summers here. And we plan on living here for the rest of our days, because we know how beautiful and special the area is.

We stayed 10 days at the Brisas resort and it was heavenly! The place was clean, safe and private. My fiance and I were on a budget and felt like the personal treatment by John and his wife, the quality of the place, and overall romantic atmosphere of the resort was worth it. The beach is clean and the security guards keep non-guests from using "our" beach chairs. There is a laundry service on site with the nicest ladies. Buses are frequent and easy to use and pick you up right outside of the resort to get into town. We toted duffle bags to Walmart, loaded up, and were stocked up for the week. A few items can be bought at the convenience store on site by a man who tells the funniest story about getting his picture taken with the U of Florida cheerleaders. Just across the street through a hole in some bushes is the most amazing restaurant ever. Fresh fish, octopus, and shrimp are prepared right in front of you on a giant open barbeque. I recommend the fish tacos. Anyway, I'll be back and I'll rent from John again. He has several properties to accommodate your party and needs, and was very flexible when we had to change our plans last minute. Just ask.
Recommended for:Families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Just returned home from another incredible trip to Cancun and these properties. Third visit in the past 12 month's. Clean on the Beach great location and the Owner is incredibly helpful. If your looking for a great place to stay in Cancun for a fair price look no further you found it. We have several Vacation Rentals in Las Vegas and this place satisfied all our needs. Place is very child friendly. You won't need a Car the Transportation system is cheap and incredibly efficient. Never waited more than 3 minutes for a Bus and there everywhere. Be sure to ask Johnny the Owner for some great Resturant recommendation's. Places with incredible food that we would have never found. We will be Back sooner than later. Thanks Johnny
