  An exceptional home away from home! The view is fantastic, especially enjoyed the scenes of the BalloonFest from the Patio. Each morning and every evening we enjoyed the breathtaking landscape of the Channel, Lake and Mountains. Great quiet neighbourhood with very nice neighbours and so convenient to get downtown. The owner was responsive to all our needs and beyond. Thank you so much for a wonderful winter retreat;)

  My family was lucky to find this stunning home, in an awesome location for a 2 week vacation Oct 20/12 to Nov 3/12! The owners were absolutely fantastic to deal with and handled any questions we had immediately. The home was even nicer than the photos and was extremely well appointed.   Not only was the house gorgeous but it was very comfortable for all of our guests. The pool and spa were so relaxing after a long day on the lake and the kitchen was just perfect to prepare a nice dinner for our guests. This was truly set up as the perfect vacation home. Thank you Doug and Barbara for doing such a nice job with it. You both were so easy to work with and it was a pleasure. We look forward to staying in your home again.

  We stayed in this home for 2 weeks. Description and pictures does not do this house justice. When we got to the home everything exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. This home has absolutely everything that you need for your stay. We definitely recommend staying here and will be back for more.

  I wanted to thank the owners of this beautiful home. No expense was spared when this home was built, top notch appliances and furniture. The lay out of the home is awesome, with one of the nicest backyards in havasu!! Directions were left in a notebook which made out stay that much easier and enjoyable and the owner of the home was very helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended, this will be our home of choice every trip out to havasu! Thank you so much!

  Wow! This was our first trip to Lake Havesu & had the time of our lives. The house is absolutely spectacular (even better than what we imagined). The backyard was absolutely amazing with the waterfall pool for everyone to relax in the heat while enjoying the breathtaking view of the lake. Large bedrooms, master chef kitchen & more. Everything you need to vacation in luxury. We would absolutely recommend this home & will definately be back again.
