Our condo is located beachside. We have a direct gulf-front view. You literally can't get any closer to the beach than from our unit.

This is one of The BEST condo units we have ever stayed in. It was well furnished with a comfortable living-dining-kitchen area. The beds were great and was appropriately decorated for a beach stay. The patio had high quality furniture and it was very clean inside and out. The building itself is very well run. Ft. Walton Beach is ideal as it does not have the crowds and congestion of nearby Destin. If you have never eaten at the High Tide (restaurant popular with the locals) you need to try it. You can walk there. The beach has the same sugar white sand you will find along the coast from Pensacola to Panama City. I have rented dozens of condos over the years and I would put this at the top of the list. You won't go wrong here!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Unit 202 was absolutely perfect for our family. Short walk to the pool, beach and parking area. Gorgeous view of the Gulf from the balcony and inside the condo. It is a beautifully decorated condo, The beds were so comfortable and everything was clean and neat. Brijin has everything you need in the kitchen. We will definitely try and get this unit again next year.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

This was our second time to stay in the Frazee condo and it definitely won't be our last. This beautifully decorated paradise is perfectly suited for our family, including handicap access for my mother. If anyone is interested, we've rented lift chairs for her from MASH and MedPlus (home health equipment businesses in the Ft. Walton area) and they delivered them to us. My mother and in-laws love the second floor balcony overlooking the gorgeous view of the ocean and the swimming pool. All of the amenities make this the perfect get-a-way for us. Thank you Brijin for your kindness. The property is beautiful and your help, understanding, and kindness are truly appreciated. May God bless you and your family.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

After being transferred to Michigan from the south, we always loved the beautiful beaches and family friendly atmosphere in Destin/Ft. Walton area. We found that Okaloosa Island has some of the deepest beach in comparison to others.

The beaches are absolutely the best! There are wonderful local restaurants, a boardwalk and pier for fishing, the Destin Harbor for boating, the Gulfarium, Big Kahuna WaterPark, Amusement Park, Miniature Golf, Ziplining and Obstacle Course.
