This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath fully furnished home in Rancho La Quinta Country Club (in the Ventanas) is a perfect winter retreat. The 2500+ sq. ft. house opens to a private pool and spa with spectacular view of the mountains. The Rancho La Quinta Country Club is possibly one of the most beautiful and well maintained golf course communities in the desert.
If you are seeking complete relaxation and privacy, this is the place for you. The private courtyard includes its own pool, spa, BBQ, lounge chairs and eating area. Enter the front door and your senses will be greeted by the soothing tones of the carefully selected color scheme of the house. Relax in the den by the gas fireplace while watching TV, listening to music or playing video games. The private master suite offers a king size bed, mounted flat screen tv, and sitting room. The master bathroom features a large sunken tub, separate shower, two sinks and a very large walk in closet. On the other side of the house are two guest rooms each with its own en suite bathrooms. One guest room has a queen bed set, mounted flat screen tv and walk-in closet. The other guest room has two twin beds and a walk-in closet. All the furniture in the house has been purchased in the last year or two.
Close by are some of the best restaurants in the desert, casinos, and golf courses. Shopping opportunities range from the designer stores on El Paseo to a very large outlet mall with everything else in between. Or if you prefer there are hikes that offer breathtaking views.
