My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time. Its such a cool place! This spacious house has it all: top of the line appliances, big comfy built-in couches and an outdoor shower! Also, everything from great food to shopping is either a walk or bikeride away. An overall great stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! This place exceeded our expectations. The Beach Loft is beautiful!! Absolutely PERFECT! Clean and spacious Beach Loft in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We spent a little over a week here and had a wonderful time. The decoration is amazing, the apartment is extremely spacious, brand new with nice backyard, BBQ...The Beach Loft was comfortable, clean and well-stocked. It has everything you need and more. The location is AMAZING, some of the best restaurants, walking distance to the beach. Our stay was FANTASTIC! We cannot wait to go back. The owners, Hayley and Santo are very friendly, helpful and fun :-) They were always available and made things very easy for us. The best stay ever...I give our full experience 6 STARS! We felt at home during a Fabulous vacations in Kauai! Thanks for a Great stay!!! Perfect in every way. I will reccommend this property to all my family and friends. Hayley and Santo thank you VERY much for this wonderful stay. About the owner: Santo C. Giorgio, born in Venice Beach, California, has been involved in the field of architecture for the past 13 years. He has been the draftsman and project manager for American architectural designer Gary Tobey since 2003 and currently works out of their office [Design Concepts] on the East side of the island in Kapa’a. Hayley K. Giorgio [Ham Young], born in Ha’ena, Kaua’i, has worked in the field of interior design since 2007 and is owner of [Miller + Young]. She has studied at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Cal-State Fullerton and currently works to continue the legacy of late Interior Designer Gail K. Miller in addition to establishing her own modern draw. We love to have fun together and thrive off of the beauty Kauai feeds us. When we’re not in the field we’re either in the water or outside enjoying life.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We love Poipu. Being in a local-family neighborhood, for us, has more heart and sincerity. You have the opportunity to really feel at home in a new place. And having been originally raised on the north shore, Kipuka Street has been a 'Hideaway' for us ;)
We enjoy the ocean, riding our bikes, eating really good food and relaxing... 10 of our favorite restaurants and majority of Poipu's beaches are within 2 miles from our house! Our enthusiasm might sound corny but we love it!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
In our home we enjoy the modern design and comfortable climate Poipu has to offer. Everything is within walking or biking distance and typically when the rest of the island is raining we're still in that sunny bubble. This home is perfect for family gatherings, a romantic couples getaway, and adult groups. During the day, the electricity we consume is being generated by the sun ;)
AND, all our hot water is made by that same solar energy too! Our intention is to be conscious and as involved as we can in using alternative forms of energy we consume everyday in order to preserve our environment and the Earth we are so grateful to be a part of.
The Poipu Hideaway has taken the step to making a difference.
