This spectacular villa is conviently located across from the ocean and the beach, and near all Club activities and golf courses. After a day on the beach or the golf course relax in this villa in a tranquil setting on a beautiful lagoon overlooking the Robert Trent Jones' Crooked Oaks Golf Course. You will be entertained by gators, heron, egret, cormorants, leaping mullet, and other assorted wildlife.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed, and a bedroom with twin beds. The living room is spacious and bright and has a large flat screen TV. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen and breakfast area is well equipped if you are in to cooking.
You are a bike ride, car ride or long walk from The Lake House, the Club tennis courts and the Equestrian Center. The Lake House has an indoor and outdoor pool, basketball court, playground, a library with loaner books, a state of the art fitness center with person trainers available, massages, and Palmetto Lake. There are bike trails around Palmetto Lake and bike trails all the way to Fresh Fields Village and Kiawah Island.
Fresh Fields Village has a fabulous grocerty store, shops and botiques, restaurants, a book store, dry cleaners, liquor store, etc, all in this quaint village nestled between Seabrook Island and Kiawah Island. In the summer you will find music in the village park on Friday nights and a farmers market on Monday afternoon.
Just outside the gate is Bohicket Marina with more shops and restaurants. This is a full service marina with various boating opportunities such as dolphin watching tours, fishing excursions, boat rentals, boat rides, parasailing, kayaking, etc. The Marina also has music on the weekend in the park on Friday nights in the summer.
You will have access to all Club amenities with your Club amenity card. These amenities include Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks golf courses, tennis courts, equestrian center, pool complex, recreation center, Kid's Club, and Club dining facilities.
Other attractions in the area include visiting Kiawah Island, historic plantations, the Wadmalaw Tea Plantation, and downtown Charleston (approximately 25 miles away). The options of things to do in Charleston are limitless. Seabrook Island is located half way between Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach. Historic Savannah and Beaufort are also a day trip at approximately 100 miles away.
